Viagei de férias com minha esposa e filho (16a). Local muito bonito com uma área física muito grande e bonita, um pouco sub-utilizada. Acomodações simples mas bastante satisfatórias apesar de não ter ar condicionado (mesmo em janeiro não fez falta). Café da manhã bastante simples: com tantas frutas vermelhas plantadas no país fiquei decepcionada em não ter geléias artesanais, somente geléia e mel industrializados, da mesma maneira para os 2 tipos de queijo que também eram industrializados. Para o meu gosto o café poderia ser mais forte. Pessoas muito simpáticas no hotel, para nossa ida ao V. Vilarrica que teríamos de estar as 6h da manhã na agência de turismo na nossa saída as 5h35 da manhã tinham 3 pacotes com o café da manhã (sanduíche, iogurte, suco, maçã, cereal e brownie) bem embaladinhos. Quando fomos as termas pedimos toalhas na recepção na noite anterior e quando saímos de manhã a recepcionista já estava com as toalhas separadas. fato que nos deixou chateados foi não terem avisado no dia anterior que no domingo todo o centro estaria fechado para o triatlon que ocorreria até as 17h e as rotas de saída do hotel para fora sa cidade só foram liberadas a partir das 14h30. Tínhamos levantado e nos arrumado para ir ao Parque Huerquehue que fica a 45 minutos do hotel e acabamos não podendo ir, sendo que a entrada no parque é somente até as 14h… Perdemos o passeio, porque na segunda, nosso último dia em Pucón o parque estava fechado…

Great spot nestled between the mountains and walking distance to a baker, and grocer. Hotel room was spacious with a complimentary basic breakfast. The jacuzzi was perfect on a snowy winter night.

A one night stay. The mini bar was locked. What a dumb move. One wonders why lock a mini bar in a locked hotel room? Are the maids not to be trusted? Shoukd I stuff all my clothes in the safe? Why not offer real scrambled eggs instead of the carton swill?

Outstanding hotel in Pucon

We spent two nights at Pucon Green Park Hotel. It was excellent and we especially liked the beautiful park-like setting with views of the mountains including Volcan Villarica. Our room was spacious with a lot of character including tiled floor and a wood-lined ceiling. We had a spectacular view overlooking the garden. An absolute highlight of our stay was the generous advice and welcoming support provided by the concierge, Cristina.

Excellent Service Received

The hotel provides excellent value for their rates. The location is not in the center of the town, it is located about an 8 minute drive away, or by taxi about CLP 3.000. The rooms are rustic in decor, but generous in size. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. The gardens are large and well-landscaped, and there were many large native birds (storks or some sort of wild duck) on the premises, with views of the nearby volcanoes. But the friendliness and personal service that we received during our stay was EXCEPTIONAL. We had some trouble with our rental vehicle prior to arrival at the hotel and when we called the hotel, they immediately sent the hotel van and driver to help us. We had also signed up for a hiking trip to a nearby volcano, with a 6:30 AM departure time from the hotel, and once we informed them of the early departure, the receptionist immediately offered to pack a breakfast "to go" box for us and it was all ready waiting for us the next day at 6:30 am. They also have bikes for the hotel guests to use and there are bicycle lanes between the hotel and the town center, so it is easy to bike into town.

Great place to stay

Great people, environment and facilities. Breakfast includes everything and if you don't want to go out for lunch or dinner restaurant inside is great. Bikes, entertaiment things and pool is great for summer time. Price trought Hotels.com is not so good deal, and they are a little bit messy with reservations papers.

Great in Green Valley

This was a very comfortable hotel, well appointed and with American style amenities that can be rare in South America. The gardens and views are great and the location good, quiet and still convenient to Pucon. If you do not have a car there are taxi's and buses and they will lend you bicycles.

No vale la pena precio calidad

Considero que para el precio vs calidad de las habitaciones, es demasiado caro. No vale la pena, mala vista, mala atención del front desk (en realidad principalmente el joven, los demás un 7). Nos dejaron en un principio en una habitación que no tenía ni calefacción funcionando, reclamamos tanto que nos cambiaron. La gente del bar y del restorán, nada que decir, muy amables.

no es lo que esperaba

Lo bueno: el entorno , el silencio del hotel , las camas cómodas . Lo malo : desayuno algo pobre para ser buffet , piezas algo anticuadas (en los roperos habian cortinas en vez de puertas , no hay cafetera ni vasos , no hay aire acondicionado solo calefaccion central que a veces era muy alta o lo contrario ) ; tienen tinajas pero son pagas y horarios no flexibles ; el gimnasio con buenos implementos pero estaba sucio . POco personal . el hotel tiene mucho potencial para ser de excelencia pero no lo aprovechan .

El hotel bello, limpio, habitaciones comodas. Sin embargo al hacer la reserva que coloque que eramos 4 me hizo reservar 2 habitaciones y luego note que habia una habitación cuádruple. Don Manuel del reataurant muy atento. Pienso que debian explotar mas el turismo, ofrecer al visitante sitios que vale la pena conocer de la zona, y contar con servicio de taxi para los que no cuenten con vehiculo propio.

Lugar hermoso,jardines,fauna,piscina. Amabilidad de todo el personal. De los mejores hoteles chilenos que hemos estado. Limpieza perfecta Restaurant muy bueno,aunque solo dos pequeñas sugerencias Ampliar la carta y en un hotel de tantas virtudes es insólito que no preparen martini seco. En todo caso lo recomiendo totalmente y volveremos cuando podamos Camas perfectas,descanso completo
