La propiedad es una cabaña de madera al interior de un condominio privado; amplia y cómoda, con dos baños y medio en el interior (1er. y 2do. pisos) y uno al exterior, cinco dormitorios, para recibir hasta 12 personas, cocina equipada, TV. por cable, Internet WiFi, en una parcela de 5000 m2, en medio de vegetación y arboles nativos. Posee una piscina privada, un sector de quincho, una pequeña cancha de baby fútbol, espacio de esparcimiento, caminos libres, donde hacer caminatas o utilizar bicicletas. El río esta a 400 m. aprox. donde se puede realizar pesca deportiva. La cabaña esta ubicada en la mitad de camino desde Pucon a Caburgua, 12 kms. del centro de pucon; punto de acceso cercano a los centros termales, al parque nacional Huerquehue, hacia el volcán Villarrica, hacia lago y Ojos del Caburgua, y hacia otros puntos de interés turístico.
