Minha reclamação não é específica com o estabelecimento, mais não sei se foi falta responsabilidade do proprietário ou do site Expedia como o proprietária relatou só sei que sai do Brasil para me hospedar em pucon, idealizando uma coisa, fui para Santiago de avião e aluguei um carro e rodei mais de 700 km para o proprietário falar que eu não estaria hospedado lá, que ele já havia cancelado na expedia, caramba !!!!! Como !!!!! Com minha família toda sem saber para onde ir com a cidade lotada por causa do feriado e final de semana, aí eu me pergunto qual é responsabilidade da Expedia, pois eu em particular não receber nenhum cancelamento, pelo contrário estou recebendo e-mail para avaliar o local que fui regeitado de uma forma muito ruim!!!! DECEPÇÃO TOTAL COM EXPEDIA E COM O PROPIETARIO, FALTA TOTAL DE COMPROMICO.... QUERO SABER QUEM É O RESPONSÁVEL ??? E O VAI SER FEITO PARA MIM E PARA QUE ISSO NÃO OCORRA MAIS.
