Very nice stay

I spent 11 nights here and found the hotel to be quiet and very relaxing. There was no issue with free parking immediately next to the hotel. The room was fairly large and well equipped, although it was a little tired and in need of a makeover. Sitting outside on the balcony in the sun having breakfast with a view of the mountains was very pleasant. The staff in the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very near the centre of Villard-de-Lans, in a quiet neighbourhood, with a supermarket only a few hundred metres away. I kept two bicycles in my room, which wasn't a problem. I believe the hotel is park of the Center Parcs group. All in all, I had a very nice stay and would consider using this hotel again.

Bonjour j’avais Réserver 4 nuit vue sur la montagne qui c’est transformé en vue sur un bâtiment alors que la résidence était vide et le parking sous terrain annoncé était fermé.en gros débrouillez vous .reception inexistante à n’importe quelle heure.a mon retour dans la précipitation j’ai oublié un téléphone dans l’appartement cela fait 5 jours que je l’ai appelle sans succès j’ai même laissé un message sur leur répondeur mais sans suite.

Bien placé, décors un peu vieillot. Possibilité de chambre pour 4 personnes mais petit comme souvent en montagne. Formule appart-hôtel on peut y faire sa cuisine : économique. Literie un peu rude surtout pour les deux lits superposés dans le couloir de l'entrée pour les enfants.

Literie pas à la hauteur d'une résidence 3 étoiles

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette résidence lors d'un weekend au ski. Pour trois adultes et un adolescent, le studio est spartiate mais ok pour y passer la nuit et y prendre le petit-déjeuner. Le bémol de la chambre : le canapé lit très peu confortable. A chaque mouvement, le lit grinçait et se repliait légèrement sur lui même, le matelas était de très mauvaise qualité, on tombait dans le trou au milieu. Selon la personne à la réception, le lit n'avait que 2 ans, mais il est très sollicité. L'éclairage public a éclairé la chambre toute la nuit, le rideau n'était pas assez occultant, il a fait jour toute la nuit. Décevant pour une résidence pour trois étoiles !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette résidence: l'équipe est sympa: nous avons apprécié l'accueil le premier soir, la Directrice est à l'écoute et son équipe: merci à l'homme d'entretien qui a réparé la télévision: un seul bémol: il faudra quand même songer à revoir la décoration: voilà 20 ans qu'elle est identique

accueil excellent. Studio Correct malgre vetuste des meubles.J'ai passé un séjour très impeccable. propeté des moquettes à l'étage et des couloirs au rez- de-chaussée. Agents de service agréables et disponibles. je suis restée un peu choquée par le manque de netteté du local de la laverie. Bien que le matériel est trè bon ( machine à laver et sèche linge Miele) et fonctionne , le bac à lessive de la machine à laver étais moisi et répulsif. Je conçois qu'un petit coup d'éponge d'une clientèle à qui l'on doit tous le service en dehors de chez eux et le manque de personnel est sans aucun doute à l'origine de cet état du local et du matériel choquant pour moi .

Excellente impression pour cette escale de deux nuits. Hôtesse très agréable, directeur très à l'écoute du client, appartement silencieux et bien entretenu, résidence à proximité immédiate du village commercial et avec vue imprenable sur la montagne. Nous avons été ravis et y reviendrons.

Chambre très propre, electroménager complet.

Chambre très bien équipée et très propre, electroménager conséquent, ustensiles de cuisine justes suffisants. Service efficace. Bon emplacement de l'hôtel. Manque une aération de la chambre par châssis oscillo-battant ce qui oblige à laisser la porte- fenêtre ouverte sur le balcon, d'où risque d'intrusion. Nous sommes quand même partants pour un nouveau séjour.
