Appartement bien rénové

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement entièrement rénové, ce qui est très rare dans cette résidence donc bonne surprise. L'agencement est un peu particulier mais nous avons pu l'organiser selon notre logique avant de tout remettre en place 😂 Le rdc est bien pratique pour sortir notre chien. Accès très rapide aux commerces puis aux pistes.

Studio Villard de Lans côte 2000

Une semaine au ski avec ma fille et ses deux enfants. Le studio est idéalement situé, proche des remontées, des commerces et lieux de vie avec un parking privatif juste devant l’entrée de l’immeuble. Il a été refait et présente, avec goût, toutes les commodités et le confort nécessaire. Nous avons passé de délicieuses vacances et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir si possible. Merci au propriétaire pour toutes ses attentions et sa confiance.

Superbe appartement : très agréable et ultra fonctionnel

Encore ravis de notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, avec un casier à ski sûr, une place de parking idéale et un accès aux pistes et commerces très rapide. En plus depuis l'année dernière la salle de bain a été refaite, elle est très belle et avec une grande capacité de rangement. A l'image de la cuisine, l'espace a été exploité à son maximum et de façon très fonctionnelle, félicitations pour la conception. La baie vitrée aussi a été changée et un volet roulant a été installé, quel gain de confort indéniable ! Il ne reste plus qu'à vous dire à l'année prochaine !

Très pratique !

Séjour au ski pour 2 enfants et 3adultes. L'appartement est très bien optimisé, son emplacement est top: juste au dessus des loueurs de ski et de l épicerie et a quelques pas des départs a ski. La place de parking réservée pour nous est vraiment très pratique. C est un bon plan !

Appartement super agréable et spacieux

Appartement très bien agencé, spacieux et très bien équipé. La cuisine toute neuve est super bien conçue. La place de parking est très bien placée. Le casier à skis est génial et sûr. L'accès aux pistes est vraiment direct. Seuls bémols indépendants du propriétaire, la propreté de la vaisselle des locataires précédents et le chauffage central très faible malgré le robinet ouvert à fond. Cela dit l'étanchéité de la fenêtre n'a pas aidé et comme il n'y a pas de volet roulant le vent siffle à travers. La salle de bain est d'origine et la baignoire n'a pas de rideau donc ce n'est pas très pratique, mais c'est faisable. Nous retournerons dans cet appartement avec plaisir.

Studio accueillant, Séjour cuisine restauré avec goût, jolie déco et équipement complet, belle terasse exposée sud, la salle de bain reste à revoir. Pratique: l'acces à 1500 et 2000m par 2 telecabines situés à environ 150m, la place de parking à 20m du logement.

Très chaleureux

Nous avons séjourné pendant les vacances de février avec nos 3 enfants. L'appartement est cosy, très chaleureux aux pieds de toutes commodités. Equipements de l'appartement multiples, les enfants ont aimé les livres et les jeux de société. Après une journée de ski, il était très agréable de pouvoir se prélasser sur la terrasse en plein soleil. Un léger problème avec la TV mais qui a priori est réparé maintenant ( mais nous n'allons pas au ski pour regarder la TV !) Propriétaire très serviable et accueillant.
