Renovated Townhouse Apartment with Mountain Views and Wi-Fi

The Grande Maison De Ville Renove holiday apartment in Villard-de-Lans offers stunning views of the Alps. Spread over three floors, the property features a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, washing machine, dryer, game console, and books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Please note, there is no air conditioning and no bath towels provided.



Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Located in the town center, the townhouse is ideal for enjoying urban life, just 200 meters from the bus and shuttle station.



Please be aware there are several staircases, making the property unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. Free street parking is available. Pets and smoking are not permitted.



A secure area in the apartment is available for skis, poles, or a few bicycles.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, except for a fitted sheet for the main bedroom’s large mattress. Bedroom 1 has a 180x200 bed with a double duvet. Logement atypique sur 4 niveaux, très spacieux, lumineux, très convivial (deux salons) et confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Il est idéalement situé au coeur de Villard de Lans, à 1 min à pied de toutes les commodités, donc un peu bruyant dès l'aube quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes.Seul bémol la communication avec Abritel et la plateforme intermédiaire. Par contre, les hôtes une fois informés (2 jours avant l'arrivée) ont été très réactifs et très sympathiques.
