Very panoramic 10 minutes walk from the sea

The panoramic Villino Aurora is located in a recently built area where there are several restaurants and pizzerias and a small market, tennis court, minigolf and a delightful tourist port with the possibility of refueling for boats. A short distance away there is a structure where it is possible to use a large fresh water swimming pool for a fee and where there is a bar with daytime entertainment and evening live music. Il Villino has a private parking space next to the house and is a 5-minute walk from the sea. We provide our customers with children's equipment free of charge: cot, high chair, table, stroller. There are two sun loungers for the terrace of the villa, a beach umbrella and some beach games for children. A contribution of 0.50 ct / euro is required for electricity costs due to the increase in electricity in the year 2022. The first 10 euros of electricity per week of stay will NOT be accounted for.On request we rent bed linen, bath towels and even beach towels to allow our guests to reduce baggage especially if traveling by plane. The rental price is 20 euros / person for the duration of the stay. Small pets are welcome. We are waiting for you to spend unforgettable holidays !!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
