Propreté literie+local douteuse, pas d'alèses, couette pleine d'aureoles, poussière+ papiers sous le canapé; porte de placard qui ne coulisse plus; isolation thermique catastrophique+++ avec courants d'air froids permanents, entrée du bâtiment sale, épaves de véhicules à demeure sur le parking. séjour écourté d'une nuit.

Que du plus pour ce petit studio cosy , un propriétaire réactif et à l’écoute. De plus le logement est très bien situé et très agréable Je recommande ☺️

Had meer van verwacht

Naar aanleiding van de advertentie waren de verwachtingen hoog. Maar bij aankomst bleek er een flink aantal dingen niet in orde te zijn. In de vriesafdeling van de koelkast lagen twee kapotte bierflesjes. Het toilet had problemen met doorspoelen en je moest vrij vaak het deksel lichten om dat te kunnen verwezenlijken. Er waren geen gordijnen voor de ramen en de jaloezieën werkte maar tot de helft. Wij zouden een week verblijven dus verwacht je dat er ook kookpannen zouden zijn. Echter één klein steelpannetje en drie bakpannen/koekenpannen waren slechts aanwezig. Het meest ergerlijke was dat het geheel niet echt schoon was en er in de kastjes veel spullen stonden van een ander en heel veel onnodige spullen. Volgens mij is dit een woning van een persoon die als de kamer verhuurt wordt zijn biezen pakt en elders gaat wonen. De verhuurder hebben we niet gezien en communicatie eenzijdig per telefoon. Niet alles was slecht want het bed was goed en ook de douche. Kortom wij hadden er meer van verwacht en zullen deze studio zeker niet meer huren.

Le confort, la vue, le calme

Petit studio, bien aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire. Une belle vue et le calme sont très agréables. Pas de commerces à côté. Prévoir un moyen de locomotion.
