Walkable to the Vucciria and Ballaro markets, waterfront, and Via Roma without actually being on a busy, noisy street. The team at BB22, especially Daniel, was super helpful and thoughtful with his recommendations for sites to visit when we checked in. Even on our last day, we were at breakfast before check out and he asked what our plans were and told us about this Sunday flea market close by so we went before leaving the hotel. Not the kind of thoughtful and care you would get from a larger hotel. So glad we went to BB22. We stayed at the suite with kitchenette. It was large, light-filled, and clean. Loved it!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was a variety of items, cheese, meats, tomatoes. Cut up mixed fruit, like a salad, cakes and breads. We had a terrace room which was beautiful. Unfortunately this is a very old building, so lots of stairs to get to the upper floors, which was also the reception and breakfast room.

We loved our stay at BB22. Comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, quiet area in easy walking distance of major sites. The highlight for us was the warmth and hospitality of the staff who gave such good guidance including excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

A good location right on the edge of the old town. Easy transport to and from the airport using the shuttle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are also close to the marina and plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had an up to date bathroom. My bed was comfortable and had a balcony. Very enjoyable stay however no lift so if you have mobility issues then be aware

The ladies at B22 were awesome in terms of welcoming us and providing recommendations on dining option and history of the building. They are very proud of the level of restoration that was put into the building as they should be!

Stayed here just last week and had a lovely time. It's a little difficult to find as it's in a maze of streets but we got there in the end and found somewhere nearby to park. It's in a great place for walking to other areas and even though we only had 1 day in Palermo we managed to get to everywhere we wanted to. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean with a very modern Ensuite. Breakfast was at a local cafe due to Covid but it was paid for by the property and was only a couple of minutes walk away in a lovely square. The staff were incredibly helpful with local information, advice about parking and sorted out the driving congestion charge for us. We kept our bags in the library room all day after check out and managed to get changed in the bathroom before going to the airport. The only downside was the 3 floors we had to walk up to the room which was tough in the heat but great exercise. Would definitely recommend!
