The newly opened stylish residence with apartment "Residence Meridian Unità 4" welcomes its guests with automatic check-in. Just 1 km from Pula, near Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of Chia, enjoy carefree vacations by the sea. The 70 m² apartment consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The spacious covered balcony with seating furniture is perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the wonderful view of the pool in the courtyard and the mountain landscape. The common outdoor area has a garden, a terrace with sun loungers and a large pool. There you can swim and sunbathe extensively, while the younger guests can have fun in the children's pool. In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant only 6 minutes walk away (650 m). All other stores for daily needs can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car in Pula, including cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive (3.4 km) away. Modern flat

We had a great stay at this super modern and brand new flat. There were very few people staying in the building so we felt like the pool was ours! It has all of the kitchen and bathroom amenities you might need. Outdoor space was great for eating. Easy walk to several restaurants and a supermarket and the town of Pula is a quick drive for even more.
