The charming "Villa Erica" with the cozy apartment "Alice" welcomes you in the small village of Villa San Pietro in the south of Sardinia. The apartment is a comfortable mansard. The 40m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib can be provided on request. A private terrace with a small dining table, where you can all have breakfast together and enjoy the sun, is also part of the apartment.
