Villa Juárez Vacation Packages

Stayed here a couple of nights for a business trip and the staff was very welcoming -

Very comfortable hotel, great location, in a shopping mall, next to the Tangamanga Park. The Citadella shopping center had a movie theater, bowling alley, skating rink, bank/atm, and of course shops and dining - apple store, nike, puma & addidas, burger king, krispy kreme and others. My only issue was the toilet water pressure was nonexistent and the toilet clogged several times (shower water pressure was great). I was told by maintenance staff that it was a known issue specific to our room.

Everything was fine and excellent but the service was outstanding!!!. Staff was friendly helpful and willing to go extra mile to accommodate our request. Special thanks to Felipe, Carolina and Josue just to mention a few but overall staff made us feel welcome.
