This newly built property (2023) has everything you need for a pleasant stay with family & friends. This home has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms all staged with smart TVs and excellent internet service. Hot and cold water allows for excellent bathing conditions. The villa is equipped with a beautiful pool with a waterfall, suitable for adults and children. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and stainless steel refrigerator. Oversized dining room is great for large groups. The lot is situated on 1 acre that is gated and secured by steel doors and on site staff. The outdoor patio and terrace is large and allows for an amazing pool side experience.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
