With a 900m2 lawned garden, a delightful private swimming pool and surrounded by a forest of pines, oaks and alder trees, this house invites you to wonderful leisure time in contact with nature. There are several beaches a short drive away, or the historical towns of Cerveira, Valença, Caminha, Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima (with its golf course), Vigo or Santiago de Compostela. Vigo airport is only 40 Kms away and Oporto airport is 100 Kms away.

Gorgeous view and very quiet, ideal relaxing holiday

We had lovely time it was a beautiful setting however as soon as we arrived the impression was that the house needed a bit of TLC, there were a lot of cobwebs on the lights etc and for our surprise after such a long journey and 'dying' to use the toilet there was no toilet paper in sight... The area is gorgeous and the Ecopath at the bottom of the garden was a very nice surprise.

Un lieu de quiétude à la frontière de l'Espagne et du Portugal

Emplacement à l'écart des zones urbaines dense et pourtant proche du bourg, en voiture ou en vélo par l'ecopista de l'Atlantique. Suffisant pour 5 avec ses 2 salles de bain et ses 3 chambres. La cuisine est toutefois un peu petite. L'absence de lave linge impose d'utiliser une laverie au village, surtout si on vient plus d'une semaine. Propriétaire très sympathique et parlant très bien français. Nous avons plusieurs fois échangé par Sms et téléphone. Le climat était cette année idéal fin juillet. Nous avons échappé à la canicule qui a sévi en France avec des températures dépassant rarement 25 degrés. De ce fait la piscine n'a pas servi tous les jours mais elle était bienvenue certains après-midi. Le seul soucis est lié à la présence de quelques moustiques la nuit du fait de la proximité de l'eau.

Bonne appréciation du lieu à l'arrivée, mais à l'occupation des lieux, nous avons vite déchanté. La maison était d'une propreté très douteuse, odeur de renfermé dans toute la maison, salles de bain trop anciennes, cuisine vétuste avec un frigo sale et très vieux avec beaucoup d'ustensiles certes mais qui n'enlève rien au fait que cette cuisine aurait besoin d'un coup de propre voir d'être refaite entièrement. A l'extérieur à part la piscine et le jardin très bien entretenus et très agréables, ainsi que le vue sur la rivière, attention aux chaises de l'intérieur qui servent aussi à l'extérieur sont complètement défoncées, les parasols trop vieux... Enfin bref, lorsque nous payons ce prix, nous aimerions que les prestations soient à la hauteur. Nous trouvons qu'il y a un réel manque de respect des propriétaires envers les locataires qui eux n'ont pas d'autre choix que de payer avant l'arrivée et pourtant nous avions eu une bonne impression à notre arrivée... Dommage nous sommes un peu agacés.

Très jolie propriété

Une très jolie maison bien agencée, avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière depuis la baie vitrée du salon. Le jardin est très agréable, ombragé et bien entretenu, tout comme la piscine. Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cette propriété. Seul bémol : un congélateur un peu vieillot et capricieux.

Havre de paix...

Nous venons de séjourner dans cette villa au look très moderne et qui s'intègre parfaitement dans le paysage. Un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu donnant sur une très jolie vue sur le Mino vous permet de décompresser immédiatement et de se sentir comme chez soi. Maison très calme et fraîche la nuit, un pur bonheur! Les propriétaires ont eu la gentillesse de laisser à notre disposition de très bons VTT qui nous ont permis de nous balader au bord de cette rivière sur l'éco trail qui passe juste en dessous de la maison. Raul le propriétaire parle couramment le français et a su répondre efficacement à nos demandes. Très jolis village aux alentours (Vila Nova, Caminha). Bref, que du plaisir! Nous espérons revenir!
