The staff was nos friendly . Reception service was bad and not transparent with us. She said the room that I booked was directly by Expedia and not to be accommodate to better position even I booked executive room . Sorry I will not recommend to my friend o family.

The swimming pool access costs €25 per person. It’s an obvious issue because over our 4 night stay we heard many people complaining to the front desk and it is not clear AT ALL on Expedia. The hotel rooms are beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast is great. The area is fabulous and the city fantastic. It’s a 10, so it’s unfortunate about the pool.

The property is great. No faults. However the problems come when having a street facing room. People don’t stop partying on the weekend at the club down the street til 6am. It’s a joke. Half our nights were ruined because of the shouting and screaming outside. Zero sleep which is the whole reason we book a hotel like this. Spa. Annoying you have to pay to use it. Never usually had this when booking a 5* hotel and if it was made clearer we would have booked elsewhere. 25euro per person for just an hour. No time to relax at all. Nice place, but will be our last visit.

Beautiful new hotel. The problem is the technology in the room (for temperature, lights etc) is impossible to figure out. Also the bathroom with glass walls does not offer privacy making it difficult if sharing the room as cannot use the washroom without waking up your partner. The spa and pool apparently has beautiful views but only open to those that reserve in advance ...the best part of the hotel is therefore largely unused and unseen- it should be a cafe or a bar with access for all guests.

Great Hotel but Shame about the additional costs

Booked this hotel as it is near the port where i was joining a cruise ship. The staff were excellent, and the hotel was fabulous. I booked this hotel because of the great amenities advertised, however there was no transparency on additional costs, the Pool and Spa cost €25 for an hour and a half, you can only use one coffee capsule then you have to pay for further ones … not great.
