Lovely summerhouse by Sejerø Bay

From this charming 1928 cottage, you can enjoy a short walk to the child-friendly beach at Sejerø Bay. The former farmhouse has been expanded and modernized over the years with respect for the original style and now stands as a unique vacation home with personalized decor and antique finds.



The large corner living room is divided into three zones with a spacious sofa area with a view of the sky through skylights, a cozy TV corner, and a dining area for four people. The two bedrooms have high ceilings and plenty of closet space, with the master bedroom offering light from three sides and access to a private terrace.





The 2,500 square meter natural grounds provide plenty of space for outdoor activities such as badminton, while the central courtyard serves as the focal point of the house. Bamboo furniture and beach finds create a special atmosphere both inside and out.





The area offers a wealth of experiences, from the festival-like Lillero by Høve Forest to gourmet experiences at Dragsholm Castle. Take the children to Sommerland Sjælland, just 10 km from the house, or go shopping in Nykøbing Sjælland, visit the local fishing ports in Rørvig and Odden, or explore the many art galleries in the area. Practical shopping can be done just 500 meters from the house.

The coziest old house, where you can tell that the owners truly take care of it and cherish the unique character of this old farmhouse. It’s incredibly charming and full of sunshine on the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the idyllic courtyard and hear the wind rustling through the trees. We were warmly welcomed by the owners when we met them to pick up the key. It’s the cleanest vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the vacation home completely lived up to our expectations. We’ll definitely book this place again if we’re ever in the area.
