Maison assez ancienne et à la décoration rustique, super bien placée à l'orée d'une belle forêt et à proximité du. Village de Vieux Boucau, du lac Marin et de l'océan. Le calme absolu, tout en étant à proximité des animations du village. Jardin bien clôturé pour notre chien. Équipement complet pour le confort moderne (machine à laver la vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, four tout neuf etc ....) stationnement dans la propriété et accueil très sympathique les jours d'arrivée et de départ.

Salon un peu petit, mais grandes chambres. Cuisine et salle d'eau récentes. Le garage est pratique. Petit jardin mais ce qu'il faut pour manger dehors. Accueil simple et agréable.
