Beautiful view of the sunset

Lovely hotel with beautiful view of the sunset every night. Only downside is that its a little bit away from the markets and centre of town, but tuk tuks / taxi's easy and cheap enough to get there.

Very large hotel, staff are mostly pleasant. Average maintenance. Breakfast has options, although does not change much over the course of a week. The egg stand at the breakfast serves cold, half-cooked, pre-made omelettes, although the chef was very busy on his phone, for both days I waited there, and could not attend to my request to heat one up. Food at bar is pricy and overly sauced and sweetened. The place could be better cleaned, as I spotted a couple of 6-leg critters in my room and the canteen. Pool was closed during my stay. No speed bumps at the car drop-off area in front of the lobby, and cars race through, so mind when you cross that bridge. Rooms are not very well insulated from noise of adjacent rooms. Mosquitos in the room are a problem, and the tiny incense only seems to make them more hungry. The low cost and river view perhaps is a consolation.

This hotel is quite nice. We got a very spacious room with a balcony overlooking the Mekong River. Amenities were superb. Mattress and pillows were comfy and sheets were clean. Only complaint about the room is that the floor was rather dusty and dirty, especially under the furniture and around the legs of chairs. The restaurants serve excellent food. The included breakfast was very nice with a good spread. Yue Yuen Chinese Restaurant served really authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine. We also had dinner at the Lobby Bar and Restaurant and tried some nice Laotian food. While the food and drinks were very good, the experience was marred by a bizarre incident - a young man approached us as we were eating, unfurled a Russian flag, introduced himself as from Russian and said he had something to show us. As he was reaching into his bag, it occurred to us that he could be a security risk. We hastily told him we were not interested and thankfully, he left without causing any trouble. The restaurant staff just stood by and watched the entire incident, and did not intervene. We felt it was not nice or safe to allow an uninvited stranger to harass your customers, right inside a reputable hotel.

Très belle chambre avec vue sur le Mékong et très bien équipée. La balcon est vraiment privatif. Bel ensemble. Néanmoins il y a deux choses moins satisfaisante. - l'insonorisation. Au bord d'une route plutôt bruyante, la baie vitrée en simple vitrage n'est pas efficace du tout. Le passage de moto la nuit garantit un réveil immédiat. De même avec le couloir. Malheureusement certaines nationalités ne se gênent pas pour claquer les portes ou parler très fort dans les couloirs à n'importe quelle heure. Là aussi on en profite bien la nuit. - La piscine. En pleine saison touristique après une journée de visite, nager dans la piscine sera très agréable. Malheureusement avec les nuits un peu fraiche, l'eau de la piscine est un peu froide. Un établissement comme celui-ci devrait prévoir de chauffer l'eau quand c'est trop bas.

とても広く、大きなホテルです。 部屋からメコン川越しにタイが見えます。 部屋でゆっくり過ごすなら最高です。 ただ、繁華街には離れているので、ナイトマーケットに歩いて行ったら30分掛かりました。タクシー必須です。 時間は限られていますが、ホテルからのシャトルバスサービスがありました。1時間前までに予約です。上手く利用すれば良かったです。 ルームサービスを頼もうとしたら、メニューに5ドルとなっていたハンバーガーが11ドルでした。あまりの金額の違いに頼むのを辞めました。客室が多すぎて訂正しきれないかと思いますが、残念です。 五つ星ホテルに庶民が泊まった感想です。

ゆっくり、静かに滞在できるホテルかと思います。 周囲には何もないので、歩いてどこかに行くことはできません。私はLOCAを使って動きました。繁華街には10分くらいでいけるので特に困ることはありませんでした。 朝食のメニューが豊富で大変楽しめましたし、何を食べても美味しかったので、一日の体調も良かったです。朝食は朝5時半から開始でしたので、それも助かりました。ルアンプラバン行きの最初の電車が7時半でしたので、5時半に朝食、6時にホテルを出発、7時前にビエンチャン駅に到着、7時半の電車といった感じで動きました。

開業後少し年月が経ってるのか、施設の老朽化が散見されますが、メコン川の眺望、広いプール等、滞在時間を豊かにしてくれました。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで配慮が行き届いていました。大きなプールに食い込んだ形で作られている小さな休憩スペースに、滞在客が少ないとはいえ、スタッフが飲食休憩？をされていたことは残念な点でした。

우리는 조용하고 경관이 좋은 호텔을 원했는데 수영장도 좋고 원하는 것을 이루었지만, 시내(야시장)까지의 접근성이 떨어져서 그것이 좀 불편했어요. 호텔로 돌아올때는 택시잡기가 어려워 툭툭이를 타고 오는데 위험하기도 하지만 호텔 정문까지 못 가게하고 ... 호텔 내에 식당은 중식당이 전부이고 편의점이 없어서 식사를 해결하기가 어렵더군요. 그 외에 직원들은 친절하고 좋은 여행했습니다.

Udemærket hotel - de er søde og servicemindet. To ting tæller dog meget ned: 1: Beliggenhed - hotel er 5 km fra byen. Meget kedeligt og øde sted 2: De taler meget meget dårlig engelsk på hotellet

무엉탄 호텔보다 살짝 비쌌는데 호텔 자체는 훨씬 크고 웅장하고 좋아요. 근데 기본적으로 직원들의 응대태도는 너무 아쉬워요. 막상 말을하면 순박하고 좋은데, 모두 불친절한 느낌. 임금수준도 아주 낮은 걸로 아는데 직원이 별로 없는 것 같다. 헬스장 갔을때도 손님이 와도 인사도 없고 핸드폰만 보고 있다 ㄱ 것도 소리 크게 틀어놓고. 기본 교육이 안돼 있는 것 같다.
