Alles top modern und neu eingerichtet. Eine zweite Toilette für so viele Betten wäre wünschenswert und ein Duschvorhang wäre auch nötig, wenn man nicht immer im nassen Bad stehen will ;-) Die Betten und auch die Ausziehcouchen waren bequem und die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Alles in Allem ein super Wochenende!

Wohnung modern aber anders als gebucht

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet.Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren wir mit der Ausstattung zufrieden. Die Dusche hat zum Beispiel keinen Spritzschutz, welches das Bad regelmäßig unter Wasser gesetzt hat. Des weiteren fehlen im Bad Haken, auf welche man Handtücher hinhängen kann, gerade bei 5 Personen. Ein Zimmer hat ein Bett, welches sehr bequem ist, bei den andren beiden Zimmer ist es eher eine Couch, die auch nicht so breit ist. Gerade wenn man diese mit 2 Personen nutzen möchte. Die Wohnzimmercouch hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Es befinden sich Kuhlen drin. Balkonmöbel wären toll gewesen, ist aber Luxus und kein Muss. Leider ist bei der Buchung bezüglich zwei kostenlosen Parkplätzen etwas schief gelaufen. Wir wurden am ersten Tag mit Nachrichten bombardiert, ein Auto wegzufahren, welches auf ein uns zugewissenen Parkplatz stand; uns wurde mit Abschleppung gedroht. Nach ca.3 Tagen hatten wir das Geld erhalten, um in ein Parkhaus welches ca.1 km entfernt ist, zu parken. Eine mieterfreundliche Lösung war dies leider nicht. Die Kommunikation diesbezüglich war schleppend bis schwierig und hat zudem unsren Urlaub negativ beeinflusst. Alles in Allem wurden unsere Nerven, unsere (wertvolle Urlaubs)Zeit völlig unnötig geraubt. Sowohl die Planung als auch die nötigen Informationen hätten vorab professionell erfolgen sollen. Auch Informationen zu und um Wien wären schön gewesen, was aber natürlich kein Muss ist. Fragen zu Wien wurden aber abgeklärt und beantwortet.

Sportliche Überraschung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass Nicole mir Karten für Rapid Wien vermitteln konnte.
