Just okay...

The apartment served it's purpose for our short stay in Vienna, particularly since we booked this trip last minute, however, it felt a little dated and in need of some attention. The check-in process was simple and the instructions were clear particularly since there is no on-site management. However, there were no instructions (or welcome booklet) explaining heating, tv, or other appliances. The dishwasher cabinet door was partially falling off, there was no hot water for the shower, and the shower did not drain causing water to flow into the bathroom floor (which had clearly happened in the past due to water damage on the cabinet door). I will note that management was responsive via email when these issues were raised, but we shouldn't have had them in the first place. Additionally, the u-bahn station near this apartment was closed (for major construction), which caused us to have to walk further to get to public transportation. Previous reviews have mentioned how hard the beds were and I overlooked this when booking because we've found that typically European beds are more firm, however, these were on another level of hardness and were extremely uncomfortable.

Luxus Appartement mit toller Aussicht

Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man fühlt sich echt wohl in dem tollen Ambiente der Wohnung. Ein guter Innenarchitekt war am Werk und stattete auch alles mit hochwertigen Möbeln aus. Leider war die Verkleidung der Spülmaschine herausgebrochen und die Granitplatte um den Herd abgebrochen. Und der Abfluss der Dusche war nicht gesäubert und roch vergammelt. Die Fugen unten an der Dusche hatten Stockflecken. In diesem Bereich muss das Putzteam besser arbeiten. Ansonsten war alles top sauber!
