Il divano letto è terribile. È come dormire su una tavola di legno. Siamo rimasti dalla sera fino all'indomani primo pomeriggio senza acqua calda. Abbiamo tentato di contattare la struttura via mail per comunicare quanto stava accadendo ma essendo sabato ci ha risposto una mail automatica con cui ci informavano che fino a lunedi nessuno avrebbe letto il messaggio. Abbiamo provato a telefonare al numero indicato per gli interventi urgenti ma anche li niente da fare. Siamo riusciti a parlare con la signora delle pulizie gentilissima incontrata in corridoio che pur non parlando in inglese ci ha assicurato che avrebbe avvertito lamministrazione. Inoltre quando abbiamo visto l'appartamento sul sito il pagamento era previsto qualche giorno prima della data di arrivo. Fatta la prenotazione in largo anticipo con sorpresa notiamo che avrebbero addebito 100 euro come anticipo e il resto qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo. Accettiamo a malincuore questa condizione ma In realtà hanno addebitato l'intero importo al momento della prenotazione. Quamdo ci siamo accorti della addebito imprevisto ci hanno risposto chebil loro software non prevede dilazioni nei pagamenti. Allora perché pubblicizzare un pagamento non immediato.?
