Nette Wohnung, perfekte Lage.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Küche, Bad, Wohn/Schlafzimmer schön. Lage perfekt um Wien zu erkunden.
Leider etwas laut, weil gegenüber ein Haus renoviert wird. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht um laufengebracht, so konnten wir die Fenster nicht schließen.

Kleines zentrales Appartment
Das Appartment befindet sich sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stephansplatz entfernt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Spülmaschine und Elektrogeräten. Sauberkeit war akzeptabel, es waren jedoch einige Stellen nicht richtig gereinigt, Haare vom Vormieter, im Bad Schimmelflecken. Grunsätzlich aber noch i.O. Vor dem Gebäude gegenüber wird ein ganzer Wohnblock renoviert / neu gebaut (07/2024), daher war extremer Baulärm ab 7 Uhr morgens den ganzen Tag. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, daher mussten wir versuchen mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Schlüsselentgegennahme und Übergabe erfolgte eigenständig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.
