The lounge needs a lot of help. the hot food is cold and quality is poor. There is no liquor only beer and wine for a few hours.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was leaving... absolutely fabulous.

Good experience overall but the hotel staff needs more training. They are willing to help but it’s clear they are

We like to stay at Marriott hotels in the US and Vienna Marriott Hotel attracted us by its (perhaps, perceived) familiarity and convenient location on the Parkring, right across from Stadtpark, close proximity to U-Bahn station, and a waking distance to the Opera House. It is a great hotel overall checking off on all of the requisites: good location, great bedding, great bathrooms, and friendly and attentive staff. The most disappointing thing was that Vienna Marriott Hotel did not have any American channels on its TV system, none. There were 3 English-speaking channels among 100 or so of the available channels: CNN Europe, CNBC Europe, and BBC World News, but not even one American channel. How come an American hotel does not offer American TV channels? The CNBC Europe did have The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon but because the TV guide was grossly inaccurate you would not know when it would be showing. Judging by 20+ Arabic-speaking TV channels it offered (not that there's anything wrong with that), the Vienna Marriott Hotel seem to cater to the Middle-Eastern visitors and perhaps because of it the hotel bar was hopelessly deserted and Champions Sports Bar & Restaurant mostly closed. I suppose, it was a muted suggestion to go elsewhere for a bite to drink and yes, we did...

This is exactly what one expects from Marriott. However, the staff has to be one of the best Marriott staffs I have ever come across. They could not have been more friendly or helpful throughout our stay from check-in to check-out. They offer a car service from the hotel to the airport for a flat-fee, which seemed like an impressive deal. (It was cheaper for a family of four to be chauffeured to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz than it would have been to take a bus!) The concierges are very knowledgeable and were a great help to us in fine-tuning our itinerary once we got there.

My daughter is allergic to flax. She became sick after breakfast and we suspected flax exposure. The next day the waitress Agnes from Lituania researched on her own time any potential sources and recommended the mushrooms and potatoes be cooked in olive oil instead of the regular oil which might contain flax contaminants. Very much above and beyond service. My daughter recovered.

Great location nice facility, but needs better food options

Beautiful hotel close to the city center , staff was very helpful! Definitely would stay there again

The hotel employees were accomodating and respectful in every sense of the word. I lacked nothing while I stayed at the hotel.

smoke everywhere, didn't get what we paid for and couldn't do anything about it
