The very bright 40 m² living area is equipped with a spacious couch set, a dining table with space for 6 people, cable TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a Bose iPhone docking station.

The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna University of Technology and the famous Kunsthallencafé on Karlsplatz, which is frequented mainly by Vienna's creative people and is also one of the most important transport hubs in the Austrian capital, thus guaranteeing first-class public transport connections. If one of your destinations is not within walking distance - the Karlsplatz station can be reached in 2-3 minutes and offers connections in practically all directions with the underground lines U1, U2 and U4 and numerous other tram and bus connections. Owner was a "BOT" as in property management with no ability to properly respond to concerns
The apartment was not very clean, dirty windows etc when we moved in.'We were unable to find a WIFI password or any kind of welcome book in the property.Only way to contact property management was through the VRBO APP which was zero help. Every time they claimed to email us directly, nothing came through.Beware of renting apartments managed by these large groups as you will have no real ability to contact an owner for assistance,

Christmas Market Tour
Fantastic apartment with perfect location for walking the entire central city area. Karlsplatz station is very close for access to all U lines. If you’re staying with a toddler or kid, it’s perfect because there’s a door that separates the bedrooms and the living room/kitchen. Absolute perfection.
