5 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, cooking/dining area, extra Terrace and garden( in city center not easily to find a apartment with)!

it is located right in the heart of Vienna, next to westbahnhof (vienna old central station)! Close to " Mariahilferstrasse- the famous shopping street"

Subway line " U3 " and " U6 " just short time walking distance.

in 5-20 minutes reach the most sightseeing in Vienna.

with bus go straight to airport terminal.

Supermarkets, restaurants 1 mins walk away.

Work on the facade (thermal renovation) is currently in progress. It started in March 2024 and should be completed soon.

The work on the façade has been completed, and only minor issues that were identified are being rectified.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr gut und die U-Bahn und auch Straßenbahn gleich um die Ecke. Es gab einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage- sehr gut.Allerdings ist die Wohnung von der Bettenzahl für bis zu 12 Personen gut geeignet und weitere Parkplätze sind nicht vorgesehen.Auch die Wohnung selbst war für uns mit 7 Personen aus 3 Generationen (alle Erwachsene) von der Größe des Aufenthaltbeteiches und dem Platz in der Küche her eigentlich schon zu klein.Das erste Badezimmer ist schön geräumig, das zweite eher ein kleines Gäste WC im Eingangsbereich, in dem noch eine kleine Dusche Platz gefunden hat.Nett ist, dass es auch noch eine kleine Terrasse gibt.Die Schlafzimmer haben einen ganz gute Größere.Alles in allem war es mit 7 Personen zwischen mitte 20 und Mitte 80 aufgrund der Enge in dem Gemeinschaftsbereich und der Küche etwas anstrengend, die Wohnung an sich ist aber sehr sauber und gepflegt
