Excellent location close to subway station. So spacious and every amenity you would want. Loved the decor and furniture. Extra touches like Christmas chocolate and map of all the Christmas markets were greatly appreciated. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on another trip. Would be a great spot to stay at half way through a trip as there are laundry facilities in the room.

This is a very upbeat place, with positive messages and up-to-date furnishings and appliances. Full kitchen, small, dishawasher washer/dryer combo. Across from convention center, post office and train station nearby. Restaurant options with descriptions, map, train map provided. Grocery store very close. Easy access to town center. Fantastic place. Great office manager. Will stay again. Comfortable.

Amazing!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The check in was quick and very efficient. The rooms are very modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The apartments are fully functional. They have walk in showers, washer/dryer combo, closet space, full kitchen (fridge, range, microwave), dining area, desk, comfortable bedding, AND past the room darkening shades there’s a walk out balcony with a table and chairs. The floors can be heated if you prefer and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. There is a coffee shop/bakery that serves breakfast right next door and you can get a free coffee there for staying at the lodge. The location, apartment, and experience is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!!

10 day stay at Urban Lodge

Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was just as shown in photos, it was in great condition, clean and modern. It had a washer/dryer which was necessary for our long stay. Also had a small kitchen and a lovely balcony that opened onto a courtyard. It was excellent for getting around Vienna without a car as it was only one block away from the u-bahn station. Also within one block of a grocery, a post office and a drug store. We felt very at home there and it had everything we needed.

Best place to stay if attending business at the messe wien. Its exactly just accross the street. The messe_prater is a minute away. Lucy is a superhost! Anenities are topnotch. Everything you will ever need is provided.

Can't praise Lucy's warm and informative welcome highly enough. From the pre visit texts and e-mails, to letting us check in early going through all the appliances, letting us know where supermarkets ,restaurants and Ubann were.The apartment was very clean and well equipped, balcony was a lovely bonus. This is a beautiful hotel/apartment in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in area and close to metro. We loved the smart TV, fast internet, comfy bed and modern furnishings. The staff was over the top nice and helpful, particularly with a reservation issue that I had that was in no way their fault. By far our favorite place to stay during our tour of Europe.

The hotel made my trip Perfect !!!

I had a lot of good experience. When I get the hotel from Airport the staff came up immediately and explained about my room so nicely. The room was exactly same as picture. It was so clean and cozy. I was surprised that there were Washing machine and Dryer and Dish washer. I could cook everyday because Kitchen has enough equipment. I can not afford to complain anything about this hotel. I love it !! I will come back Vienna and hope to stay there again. Thank you for providing good services.
