Beautiful property, very good location. Shower was awful and broken so wet the floor every time, and our bedroom door wouldn’t close, but apart from that we were happy with the apartment.

Great location, shoddy common area, no cleaning

We stayed at Urban Flats Gonzagagasse for 4 nights in Aug 2019. We arrived very early on the first morning and we called the management who came in 30 minutes. We were able to store our luggage and come back later at 3pm to self check in. To be very honest, when we saw the 'lobby' area and the building, we wanted to cancel our booking and find another hotel. However, we had a lot of luggage and decided to wait till we saw the room. The room was fine, there was a living area with a separate bedroom and a kitchen area so the children were happy with the space and we ended up staying. There was no cleaning at all for 4 nights we were there, and the bathroom had a funky smell. This was especially odd because the hotel charged a cleaning fee of 30Euros that we paid directly to the manager. We did not see anything get cleaned. The great thing they did provide was one load of laundry for free which was very helpful. However, my daughter lost her denim shorts and I lost one sock. First world problems. This booking was the only one that I was unsure about and in the end it was fine, mainly due to the location. If you are ok with quirks, then this location should be fine to choose.

Perfect location, exceptional service!!

Exceptional servicea Got there early and they checked us in as soon as they could! Perfect location, walking distance to everything and public transportation around the corner. The flats itself is great, very spacious, clean and have utensils, etc in the kitchen so we were able to cook. Also comes with free laundry service! Highly recommend and would go back again when were in Vienna.

City Centre Apartment brilliant location

The apartment was ja short walk from Ubahn and tram stops so perfectly located. The apartment itself was modern, clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 tweens. Fully equipped with job, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and airer - even an iron and ironing board if you feel the need! Beautiful bathroom with a fabulous walk-in shower, 2 hairdryers to choose from too. Main bedroom was huge, beautifully decorated and suitably furnished, big double bed and fabulous chandelier. Central heating was excellent and you are able to adjust the temperature of each radiator to suit you. Location was brilliant too, short walk to Stephansplatz and the Hofburg palace. Supermarkets just round the corner, as well as bakeries and restaurants - which also sell the most divine ice cream sundaes! There are also nightclubs and bars on Marc Aurel Strassr, you don’t have to go far to have a good time! We had a lovely time in Vienna and would definitely use Urban Flats again.

Great location and a lovely apartment

we will definitelty stay here again. Self catering apartment within a lovely area of Vienna. Plenty of space in the apartment with enough beds for 6 people plus another fold out bed in the living room. Great place

Poor service and apartment still under renovation

We had to wait outside the apartment for the key although the I have reminded the keeper my arrival time beforehand. The lift was very old and the apartment was under renovation during our stay.

The flat is actually quite nice, and the staff are pleasing. Be aware though that they charge an additional 30 euro cleaning fee when you arrive, so the total price may not be what you expect.

Unsuitable for hot summer in Vienna

The positives: Spacious flat for a family of four. Great location. The negatives: Had to wait almost 30' to get the key to enter the building. Had to keep windows open because portable AC units were too noisy and didn't generate cool air. Only 1 toilette. Certainly not deluxe as advertised and not worth $400+ per day.

Great location in a beautiful City

Our apartment in Gonzagasse was in a great location for the city centre and close to all public transport links. Our host was very helpful on arrival and the apartment was clean spacious and comfortable. Vienna has a lot to offer with its beautiful architecture, music, museums, parks and palaces. Plenty of choice in budget and style when it comes to restaurants bars and the famous coffee houses.

We stayed in this apartment with our two children. Very comfortable, had everything we needed, very clean. It is a cosy, well tasted place. Friendly staff, they were really helpful. Quite neighborhood, the VAL bus only 20m away, very close to metro station, yet so close to all major attractions/city center. I wish I would spend more days there!

Checking in was perfect just by agreeing a time ahead, even a Sunday. The check-out was also perfect too, just left the keys in the place as it is embedded within this realtor's office. Staff was super friendly. The place is perfect for 4 people. It is an old house split into 2 apartments located on a first floor (old elevator in place) completely refurnished and very clean. The location is great for sightseeing, top restaurants, subway station and grocery stores nearby. Price is quite reasonable for Vienna city center. The only drawback was the smoking in the company's office which is a shared area with the other apartment. Also you get to hear noises (water running and people talking) and it can be a bit loud, same as for outside street noise. Other than this: Perfect stay!

It was a family reunion and the place is so comfortable, clean and big, comfortable beds and a very big lounge and table for us to hang out and share breakfast! Walking distance to all sightseeing and the shopping st! i totally recommend this!
