Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and beyond comfortable. Wouldn’t even consider anywhere else if I was to go back to Vienna.

The property was much better managed then 2 years ago. Our biggest problem was the Italian restaurant near the lobby. The servers were very rude and unfriendly and the portions of food were allocated for someone who had Gastric Bypass Surgery. The fish and raw mini shrimp on my seafood pasta was so small that all of it barely filled up a teaspoon. I would recommend the hotel but skip the Sicilian chef's food.

Not as nice as a regular Rita Carlton. Breakfast was very disappointing with not good service at all. Everything was put out in a very messy way. The chairs and sofas In the lobby were so filthy.

We spent three nights at the Ritz in Vienna. We reserved club rooms, which meant we had access to the club lounge, which I would recommend. They serve a breakfast (more limited than the restaurant breakfast but good selection of cold and hot dishes), snacks during the day and appetizers in the evening (including beer, wine and hard liquor). We would have liked a little more and colder beer to have been available but the staff was extremely responsive when we asked. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent and the location is perfect - on a quiet street, well within walking distance of all the major attractions.
