Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Staff was wonderful, knowledgeable of the area and we would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. I would certainly stay there again next time I am in Vienna.

It was just wonderful! Location, amenities, staff, everything was great.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location. Close to sights, restaurants, shopping and trains.

Perfect location to explore Vienna, especially for a first time visitor. Having an affordable (or free) breakfast option would have made the stay perfect.

Everything was excellent, room size was very large, toilet in separate room, which I enjoyed. Nice amenities, and the staff were overly friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is don't take a room on the 6th floor, the windows face the sky not the city.

The Ring is centrally located to the opera and shopping. We found the The Ring staff to be exceptional! The tickets to the opera and the concert dinner tickets they obtained for us were excellent seatings and at a good price. You will want to check with them before purchasing tickets on the sidewalk from ticket sellers. Friends who stayed there a couple years ago recommended The Ring to us. We're glad they did!

Wonderful. Incredible location to do most of Vienna on foot. They upgraded us to a suite without even asking, the staff was great, but not "pushy" in any way.

The Ring was a fantastic hotel for our first visit to Vienna. The location was very close to the Opera House, yet very quiet. The room was decorated very nicely in a modern style and was unexpectedly very spacious (huge room compared to any other hotel I've stayed at in Europe)! Downsides were the very, very soft bed, and that the help from the front desk was inconsistent (had some very helpful people, and had some people that seemed like they didn't really want to help you with questions). Overall, a wonderful experience and I would recommend the hotel to anyone!

Great rooms, nice location.......amenities and reception below standard.

The stay in Vienna was short, but very sweet in the Ring. Hotel was clean, staff was great, the ambience was quiet and cool wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely consider it for future stays.

This is a wonderful place to stay at with a very helpful staff and beautiful large rooms

A-one from beginning to end. The location can't be beat.

Very close to main attractions in Vienna. Very friendly and english speaking staff. Large and tall rooms. Great bar and restaurant . If You go to Vienna for a day or two and You don't have much time , stay at "Ring" !!!

The hotel is extremely well located within the Ring, and our room was very comfortable, but this hotel is expensive considering that there wasn't anything really extraordinary about it. In our opinion, there are much better hotels for the money in the area so we would likely not stay here again. The service was mediocre at best, the restaurant did not appeal to us at all and the amenities were adequate but lacked any 'special' touches.

This hotel is located within The Ring, Vienna's famed area where royalty and the elite mingled. The location could not be better as it was easy walking distance to almost everything that a visitor would want to see. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fluent in multiple languages to assist you.

We were treated very well from the moment we arrived. Look forward to going back again.

Old world charm and modern conveniences. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have to say this was one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in.
