SLEEPLESS & TORTUROUS!!! Two nights the worse ever in my hotel lodging! The apartment was NOT even close to what was pictured, a total nightmare! The building had holes and graffiti, and the unit was All run down, broken furniture, dirty, leaked pipe dripping all night, smelled damp with cigarettes, feel more like a men's locker, I have stayed in hotel hostels far better than this. The beddings had holes and stank--i slept in my clothes wrapped around my head! I called to get help from Expedia. Building dilapidated. Grafitti INSIDE on walls and elevator. Hard to find light switch to turn on hallway. They moved me to a different another unit, after they had talked with Expedia. The new unit had no leaks but the bathroom stank from sewer smells, I had to hold my breath just to use it. I stayed out as long as I could to use toilets at restaurants. This supposed to be a "better" unit had no towels, no plates, no dishes, no shampoos, no dishwashing liquid, no laundry detergent. Hotel said I need to requested them--even towels?!! I waited 1.5 hours to get the missing items which never came. Only 2 towels was left hanging on my door (nothing else I had requested) when I returned late in the evening. So, if you want to experience lodging from Hell, then absolutely book this place!! They kept apologizing but refused to refund and felt it was okay to keep full payment. WORSE EVER!!!
