More vacation rental than hotel, but a great stay

We had booked two rooms for ourselves and our in-laws. We had a one bedroom apartment and they had a two bedroom suite. Both were in excellent condition when we arrived. Spotlessly clean, spacious and provided great comfort. The building is in a quieter area of the city but a short walk or quick trip on the train to the tourist areas. We also found lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. My only comment’s about the property are that all communication is done online. It’s self check in like it would be with a “Vacation Rental” company (which we’re fine with) but we had an issue with the AC in our bedroom on the second night and it was just easier for us to not use it than try to figure out how to report the issue (I reported the issue on check out, which was also done online). Some other minor gripes, you have to pay extra if you want more towels and there is no way for you to check in any earlier than your specific check in time, even if the room is ready. I’m being pedantic as these are very small issues, but it’s little things like that take away from what is otherwise a really great place to stay.

I highly recommend this property if you're visiting Vienna. We traveled from Seattle and had stayed at various hotels in Zurich, Bregenz, and Salzburg before arriving here. There were 4 of us. Apt. 15 had a separate bedroom, pull-out sofa, kitchen, toilet room, bathroom, and a balcony! PLUS, air conditioning. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and accessible. We liked this area because it's away from tourist crowds but walkable to the Prater as well as trams. Good bakeries and restaurant / bars nearby. When you first arrive, then go inside the apt. building, it seems a bit rustic. But once you get the place you'll love it.

Apartment was spacious, clean and in fairly good condition. For $25, one could request early check in starting at noon. However, the keypad to our apartment was worn out, and it took many tries to accept the way we pressed the numbers. During our 6 night stay, my husband was never able to get it to open. Also, to get to our 4th floor apartment, we had to go outside to the courtyard to catch the lift and then also outside to reach our door. Trying to enter the keypad number multiple times in bright sun or rain was no fun. We brought this to management s attention upon arrival when we couldn't get in after 15 minutes of trying. They sent housekeeping to let us in. We also advised them again upon leaving. Also, the head and foot of bed each touched walls, such that you had to enter separate doors to get to each side of the bed, so no way to extend feet at end of bed. Other than that, the apartment was comfortable, in safe neighborhood with lots of grocery, restaurant and transportation options available.

Great apartment. Clean, neat, well-equipped kitchen. Three minutes to metro and bus. Easily walkable to Stephandom, and only 2 stops on U1 metro. Decent Billa grocery just steps away. Many restaurants nearby as is the Praterstern Station and Prater park. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Perfect family stay in a Vienna

I recently stayed here with my familiy during the spring holidays and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent-close to everything we needed, yet located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property itself has clearly been renovated and is both modern and clean. We found the flat to be very spacious, making it perfect for families. Access to the property was straightforward, and we really appreciated the affordable parking options nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish; they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay!

Stayed here recently for a couple of days. The apartment was perfectly serviceable and clean. I would point out to other travellers there is no oven in the apartment (which didn't bother us) but the kitchen is advertised as having all amenities, so that's not totally accurate. The location is a little out of the centre but still walkable if you are energetic, it's well located for public transport. There was a little noise from the bar at the end of the road, but not unexpected for a city centre location. This is a complely remote check-in and we had problem in that the hot water wasn't working when we arrived, but we messaged them and it was sorted quickly. However if you prefer talking to people in real life this is not the place for you!
