Location can't be beat. Hotel and room was clean, convenient, professional staff, etc. Leonardo is an excellent choice if you want to be near the train station or want a simple room while visiting Vienna.

This was a nice enough hotel. The rooms were very small - even our family room which was apparently the largest they offered. Definitely tight quarters but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Super close to central station and all the amenities there, and easily walkable to Belvedere Palace, and we had no issues walking all the way down to Karlskirche, St Stephen’s etc

Hotel great but area is soulless

Hotel is clean and modern. Room is spacious however the area has zero character and really is only good for its location to the main train station. If I return the Vienna I wouldn’t stay here for that reason alone.

Good The only challenged we faced is that the drop area was not marked nd the parking is in the next building so we went around the hotel couple of times to locate the drop off point, which we were told later that is right in front of the hotel but as per the local traffic rules it is difficult to identify especially if you are new to the city/ country and driving for the first time with an international driving permit, so we parked the car in the parking area and then walked with our heavy luggage.

Great option in Vienna Perfect location, right in front of the main train station. You can walk to the palace in 15 minutes and to the city center in 20–25 minutes. Public transport is easy and cheap (24-hour ticket for €2). Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and there’s a supermarket, shops, and restaurants nearby. Very convenient.
