Had a wonderful stay here. The flat was very spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Check in was easy and the host was responsive. There was no air conditioning or fans but it cooled off in the evenings, so it was okay. A fan would have been a nice addition. It was great to have a washing machine and large drying rack.

L'appartement est très spacieux et très propre. La communication avec les gérants était cordiale. Nous avons apprécié également la proximité du métro même si le quartier n'est pas très attractif (assez bruyant et sale). La photo de la chambre avec les lits simples ne correspond pas: il s'agit d'un espace assez petit avec 2 lits très proches. L'aménagement intérieur est d'ailleurs un peu différent de celui des photos. Nous avons regretté le manque d'équipement de la cuisine (peu de vaisselle et d'ustensile). Pour quelques jours à Vienne, c'était correct.

tolle saubere großzügige Räume, insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Leider waren die Bettdecken für einen Mitteleuropäer viel zu kurz. die Maße von 180 für die Bettdecke reichen für ein Kinderzimmer. Keine zusätzliche Decke für größere Menschen vorhanden, daher schlecht geschlafen.

Für einen Wochenendtrip ist es optimal. Gemütliche Betten, ausreichend Platz, sauber und gute Anbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.Die Woh ung liegt in einem etwas heruntergekommenen, aber dennoch sicheren Viertel.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief super. Auch Check in und Check Out lief einfach und unkompliziert. Von der Wohnung aus, ist man innerhalb kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt. Für einen Städtetrip also perfekt. Einziges Manko ist die Geräuschkulisse nachts. Auf der Straße hat man nachts oft Leute und Autos gehört.

Tolle Lage bei Anreise mit dem Auto

Tiefgarage 5 min zu Fuß entfernt 9,90 € /Tag mit App etwas günstiger. Mit U-Bahn wenige Minuten bis ins Zentrum mit der Straßenbahn direkt zum Zentralfriedhof in 20 Minuten. Alles lief über Portal/Mail und hat gut funktioniert (z.B. Code für Türe etc.)
