Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is a dirty accommodation, when we got there the floors are not swift, the furnitures and appliances are not arranged, the couch looks like someone has peed on it. There is molds in one of the wall - that made it suffocating for me to breath plus it smells cigarette inside. The building also feels unsafe, very dusty corridor and spiders in the windows. For the price, this is not at all worth it. I immediately left the property, its not suitable and very unhealthy to stay. I asked for refund from the property manager but they consistently decline on the ground that the rental is non-refundable and that I left before they sent their cleaners, which is very unfair because they should get the property cleaned before I come and its really unlivable and unhealthy to stay because molds cannot be removed in few hours. Please book with caution.
