I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the politeness and professionalism of the staff — both were excellent throughout my stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. Room service took over an hour, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I was uncomfortable to see a guest inappropriately undressed in the pool area, which I feel should have been addressed by staff for the comfort of all guests.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The quality of the staff's training must be outstanding as all staff was very attentive and responsive to any questions or demands. It is refreshing to hear that the culture is so supportive that everyone is happy working at this hotel. The attention to detail in the room service and at breakfast was exceptional, with a truly indulgent choice of quality products at the breakfast and wonderful fresh flower arrangements. This is a beautiful hotel right in the middle of Vienna, we will certainly return.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the standard of service was exceptional. You were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. When an Uber ride failed to turn up for a show we had booked, the hotel staff were able to get us a taxi in 3 minutes so we still made it on time The food was of the highest level and always professionally presented by staff whose flair for detail showed through. Special thanks to Jennifer, Tomas and Emran who treated us so well and made us feel at home. We enjoyed our daily chats with them .the champagne breakfast gave that luxury feel. The room was always very clean and had everything you needed. The welcome box of chocolates was a thoughtful touch. The in house spa was a welcome retreat to soothe aching legs after long days of sight seeing. The only thing we didn't like was leaving to come home.
