Hotel very good location Entrance is quirky and takes a bit to get familiar with, Some building work going on which we didn’t expect, Rooms comfortable not keen on glass bathroom and toilet area, Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice but no soft boiled eggs

The room was nice with only one odd aspect. The room key must be inserted into a slot above the entrance light switch in order for 80% of the electrical in the room to operate. There are no written instructions at the slot and this information was not given to me at check-in.

This hotel is a gem! My wife and I were thrilled with all aspects of our stay. The service orientation of the staff is fantastic! We received a wonderful greeting upon arrival by Amadea and Leon. Hozan was excellent throughout our stay, Alex was wonderful in the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and very clean! The heart of Vienna, lined with sidewalk cafes, cathedrals and shops, was literally within a 5-minute walk. Highly recommended!

That’s a no for me

The location felt a bit dodgy upon arrival, but it’s about a block from a nice area. Just a funky pocket. The lobby was lovely, but the rooms are not good. There were stains on the curtains, there was what appeared to be rot on the floor where the shower meets the flooring, the gaps in the toilet area allow for zero privacy. I would not recommend or stay again.

All as expected.

Trendy, great location, good breakfast, great staff, they had an alarm drill so elevator stopped working. Had to use the emergency stairs WITH LUGGAGE on the way out.
