We've stayed at a Ruby hotel in Geneva previously and really enjoyed it but really did not enjoy our stay at Lissi.The room is very basic and did not meet a 4 star hotel standard (not even a water bottle or coffee). There was a strong smell of urine in the toilet and and a real lack of privacy in the bathroom as the curtain was only covering one side of the shower (this was not the case in the previous Ruby we stayed at). Our room was also extremely noisy as we could hear everything going on outside including 7am building work on Monday or next door neighbour loud music on saturday night. Despite the decent location we would not recommend this hotel - the price of 250£ per night was premium but the hotel wasn't..

Great location with good amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but go early as seating can be limited. Nice bar area that had live music on the Monday night. Room was large and nicely decorated and had everything you need. Small galley down the hall had tea, coffee and a vending machine with snacks. Very comfortable and quiet lounge area was also available on the same floor as the breakfast area. My only complaint would be that we stayed 4 nights and they didn’t try to service the room until the 3rd night. Should’ve done on the 2nd. All in all, a very nice hotel with a cool vibe.

Nice staff, especially Tobias. The room was unique and not what you expect for the bathroom. It's not for everyone. Breakfast is good but drinks at the bar and the room itself was on the pricey side. Not sure if it's worth $400 CAD a night...

Lovely clean and tidy rooms, very comfortable too. Hotel has a lovely atmosphere and great staff, we never had the breakfast as was out early each morning but looked very nice! Decor is very unique and welcoming. Check in and out very easy! Fantastic location for city exploring and right next to a main underground station.

Smallest room ever. Bed against the wall. Perdon had to climb over no room at end of the bed. Shower bathroom combo impractical. Could only shower or use bathroom not both at once. Check in system is self checking and we witnessed almost everyone need assistance. And they only had one attendant who doubled as the bartender. No wash cloths, no coffee maker, no English TV channels, HVAC non functioning.
