Crazy place :) no people around but it was a great experience!!! Easiest check in EVER ! No need to carry a key or card and no bs. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. Location is great and the City is awesome.

Property was nice. Room was on smaller side but was very clean. Separate kitchen outside the room was nice. My only concern was not having a refrigerator in the room. Had to share a common one outside the room by kitchen. Not safe when having to store medication

No help desk, but it’s a pretty straight forward protocol. They give you the codes to your room and you are all set. Rooms are really nice and water pressure on shower head is elite. Would def love to stay at this spot next time I come to Vienna.

I loved the room size and the decor. The breakfast was basic, but fresh bread each day and great that drinks are available all day. Would stay again if I visit Vienna 😀

It was very nice place, and both me and my colleague were very satisfied with it ! If we will go to Vienna in the future, there is no reason to look for another place - we will try to stay here right away. This place is a super nice ! I had never stayed in a hotel without a reception desk/staff but it worked out. One of the main reasons I picked this hotel was that breakfast was included and all they served was bread so that was a little disappointing. The hotel was well kept and very nice.

Not your tranditional hotel. There's no staff in the lobby. You enter the hotel with a code and enter your room with another code. Newly renovated rooms, very clean and bright, reasonably quiet. Breakfast a bit underwhelming compared to the hotel offers from in Prague and Budapest, the saving grace is the coffee machine. Best feature of the hotel imo are the usb ports. It's safe to say they saved most part of my trip!

The room, the location, cleanliness and everything else was superb. The hotel is quiet, newly redecorated, modern and very tidy. I would definitely recommend this place. One little improvement that I would suggest is breakfast. While the breakfast is provided every day, their options are very limited (fresh bread, butter, jams, coffee and tea). As not everyone eats jam, there should be at least some cold meats and small selection of fruits to make this breakfast a little bit more appealing. Otherwise, Room 55 is a gorgeous place to stay when in Vienna.

a nice stay

it was a nice stay. initially I was concern due to absence of the staff after 2 pm but it didn't bother me. morning the staff was there and they help me when I needed. they arranged taxi service for me for the airport at 5 am and the taxi was there right on time. automatic check in was not at all a problem.

Peaceful and comfortable.

We had a very pleasant time staying at Room 55 in Vienna. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and the air conditioner worked well. A nice simple breakfast is included and we really liked the small touches like the FAQ book. It might look a little way out of town on the map but it's actually a very pleasant 15min walk along the Naschmarkt into the city centre. Great value too, I would certainly stay again if we returned to Vienna (turned out two days was nowhere near enough to do everything we wanted). Thanks.
