Great amenities, great staff, and decent location.

Hotel smells bad, front desk were not trained well and has an attitude. Room is too small and smells as well. Not coffee machine in room and anywhere else after 9 am. Pool area, sauna and steam room is filthy. Garage parking was a rip-off (~ 50 / night).not happy at all

Not particularly charming, but a very nice American-style hotel. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms, good fitness center and pool. Surrounding neighborhood is non-descript, but it's an easy walk to the Schonbrun Palace and it's right on an Underground station, which gets you to the heart of the old city in about eight minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during Chtistmas time. The room was nice, good location with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was very good, offering and extensive selection of goodies.

The clerk from reception was not really experienced. Possible new employed. Try some how to charge me extra uneccesary, instead to give me reasonable informations. Room was OK but will need attention soon especially for mochetta. Hotel location in walking range especially to Schonbrunn Palace. I recomend this hotel if you are in transit and have some time for an short visit to important objectives.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, because we were joining a tour that was based here. It would have been nice to have been more conveniently located to the downtown, but the hotel is across from a subway station and that made things pretty easy. The staff was friendly and helpful -- and spoke English well. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. So long as you do not mind the location, I would recommend this hotel.

Location is good enough, very close to the subway station. There is no free internet access any where in the hotel

Great Hotel at great prices.. If you don't mind to take the metro to access downtown activities the hotel is great... Take swimming bath....

This was our first trip to Europe.....The hotel was in a good location, easy access to the subway system which takes you to anywhere locally...the hotel was exceptionally clean..the staff was helpful...nice indoor pool....the restaurant was expensive....they did have free coffee and tea in the am.....the hotel was walking distance to the Naschmarkt which is an open air market with products, restaurants etc...there was also a shopping area within walking distance and cafes. It was a distance from the airport or ship dock..costing 30 - 40 Euros by cab....the only suggestion I have is to get a map of the subway system, it would have saved us some time and find out how to use the subway ticket machines...we were lucky enough to have someone help us who spoke english.[...]

Hotel was an upper class hotel Had many great amenities. What bothered me that breakfast and internet connection were unbveliebvably high (about 2-3 times as mucgh as in other similar hotel classes). Public transportation is great in Vienna and the submway was only a minute away from the hotel. Service was very good.

good

This hotel is in an excellent location if you are coming in to Vienna by train and/or using the subway system. Excellent breakfast and superior service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great for seeing the sights, you can catch the subway right across the street.

We had an excellent breakfast with good service from the waiter. We could have stayed more than two days so that we had the time to use their pooi in the penthouse and spa treatments. You feel you never left the US since their amenities are similar.
