A beautiful apartment with all the amenities in the kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lounge room too. There were two bathrooms without toilets and one separate toilet. This wasn’t clear to me when booking or I completely missed it in the description and/or visuals. Apart from that, a gem and I would definitely stay there again.

We booked the 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment for our group of 4. It was clean and decorated nicely. My main problem was that there were 2 bathrooms but neither had a toilet. There was 1 separate toilet for the entire apartment. It also had a strange layout that made the space feel confined.

Our apartment exceeded expectations- it was so grand! There was plenty of room for 4 of us. We loved coming back to the apartment for dinner each evening. Our unit was very well appointed- we had everything we needed. We loved having a washing machine- the dryer function is not that powerful but the drying rack in the closet did the trick. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week and had the most comfortable time. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need and close to several grocery stores so I was able to cook a few meals. Air conditioner worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer facilities were excellent too. I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend staying here!

Great apartment hotel, close to Historic Vienna

We are a family of four and stayed at the Rafael Kaiser apartment hotel during the Eurpean heat wave of 2025 (34°C). Thank goodness for the heat pump air conditioning system in the suite! The two bedroom suite we stayed in was fairly spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchenette and two bathrooms with showers. An espresso maker in the with coffee pods was a very welcome bonus! The decor was modern and looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and the place is very clean. An elevator can get you to the upper floors too. Location is a 5 minute walk from Historic Vienna with a great café for breakfast just outside (DerMann – so good!). I had a misunderstanding on how to enter the building and we got an immediate answer from the help line via text. There is a locker room if you need your luggage stored outside of your rental time. It was a very pleasant stay and I would certainly recommend.

We really liked our penthouse apartment with a balcony. It was perfect for our needs, air-conditioned with a small kitchen to prepare breakfast, and a fridge. The area was great for us as it wasn't too far from the metro and tram lines. There was a great vegan ice cream place nearby and a supermarket. The Staff were super helpful when we arrived too early, and we even managed to do our laundry!! it was an awesome apartment :)

This was the third time I stayed at Rafael Kaiser. I really enjoy the location as much as the apartments, which are spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped and have a great roof-top balcony. Laundry room and gym are also provided. Many restaurants are in the neighborhood, subway and buses in front of the building.
