Checkin was laborious - we had to type everything into the computer then the computer locked our reservation so we then had to write it out on a registration card. Not a good first impression. Be aware that a 3-person room means a king bed, not three places for people to sleep. Our 10 year old slept on the hard floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Staff were all friendly.

The hotel was a short walk to the train station which was a plus, the room very clean and modern but it had limited amenities and the streaming on the tv did not work so no English channels. The staff were nice but we had to ask for towels and pillows. The bed was comfy but it is a very modern funky vibe that wasnt what we were looking for in Vienna!

I really enjoyed my 5 night stay here! Rooms are spacious and the location near the main railway station makes it easy to get into the center (or it’s not far to walk). Staff very helpful and efficient, room was impeccably clean. Some noise from trains or traffic depending on where room is…but in general this is a super hotel and I will gladly stay here again!

We arrived from Munich tired and with a hangover after attending Oktoberfest, we got in at 11 am hoping for an early check in and the staff was amazing and friendly. We were able to check in early and get some much needed rest and sleep. Thank you staff for accommodating us early, it was greatly appreciated.

Was this it a hotel operated by Radisson?

Did not expect a hotel owned/operated by Radisson in such a big city to not have: Phones in the room - for every request you had to go to the reception; No glasses for drinking water - had to get it from the reception; No safe to keep our valuables; No iron and ironing board - have to pay 30 Euros as deposit; Not enough storage for clothes; and No coffee machine in the room - luckily coffee was available in the morning for free. The only good thing about this property is that it very close to the railway station.
