Short stay, but very memorable, you feel like you want to live there forever, centrally located in Vienna, near to trains and very quite place, breakfast is one of the best buffet i ever had...highly recommend you to visit this place.

I stayed here last week for four days and I must say that everything about this hotel exceeded my Expectations. The junior suite we stayed in was really spacious and luxurious. The staff were very polite and helpful. We often relaxed in the lobby after a busy day sightseeing and just soaked in tbe calm ambience. I would highly recommend a trip to the hotel spa; the full body massage was a delight. All in all a fantastic experience at this hotel. It is a bit pricey but you certainly get what you pay for here. I am glad I spent my 50th birthday here and would definitely visit again- hopefully before my 60th!

We were in Hansen Kempinsky for 2 nights in February. The place is superb. Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Our room was huge, clean, quiet and well decorated. Breakfast was amazing and we loved the very quiet and almost empty Spa when we were there. One of these places you're sad to leave. I'll definitely come back. Thank you for making our fart too short stay with you, unforgettable.

Very nice hotel, great rooms with a comfort beds, very nice breakfast buffet with a different food variety, location is not that close to the city but it's not far either. I will go again if I'm there.

The hotel is walking distance from the city centre so location wise, it is not bad. Nas as close as some of the other ones but a taxi will NOT be needed to get to the main attractions. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The room (suite) I stayed in was poorly designed and very uncomfortable. The engineer must have added that suite as an afterthought. Breakfast is good and the the same restaurant is also acceptable for dinner - once. You cannot neat there more than once because the variety is bad. They have an acceptable cigar lounge but the cigar variety is also poor for such a hotel. Overall, the stay was acceptable but I would not stay there again.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs, nothing was too much trouble. In fact the only thing that went wrong showed just how good they are. Our room had a hi tech shower that developed a fault. On our way out, we told reception. They determined that it would take a few days to get the part and offered to change our room. They took photos of where we had strewn all our stuff and recreated it exactly the same in our new room. Class !! Fantastic breakfast, beautiful lounge. We'll be back.

My wife and 9 month old daughter spent a few days here and it was outstanding. We had been taken care of very nicely and the hotel is very baby friendly. They provided a baby park and baby bath amenities. The room was clean and serviced, the showers were very high-tech and fun to use the ceiling rain shower feature. The breakfast buffet was richly decadent with all sorts of cheeses, cold cuts, live cooking station, fresh fruits, jams, chocolates, deserts, champagne and sparkling water. The concierge that works there were great, they helped us make restaurant reservations and pick good places to go to. They also gave us some tips on how to go around the city with a baby stroller and what to expect in places when we have a baby with us. They were great and very helpful.

We have stayed here for the last three years running. The hotel is flawless, every time! The rooms are spacious and clean, the in room coffee machine is lovely and well stocked. The breakfast is amazing and serves anything you would ever need for breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel at home. Location wise, it's in a prime spot but not in the very centre of Vienna. A short walk of about 10 minutes gets you to the main shops and restaurants. We stay in Kempinski's wherever we go, and this is the one we return to time and time again. 5 stars without a doubt!

Fantastic hotel with awesome staff and and an extremely warm and relaxing environment to relax in. Completely faultless. Thanks you for a wonderful 2 day break. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our break. Double deluxe room at 360 euros per night and worth every cent. 😊 Do not hesitate - just book it now!

My wife and me had the pleassure to stay for one night at the Kempinski Palais Hansen. We booked and enjoyed the "Zeit fuer Zwei" package, which was from start to end fantastic. Michael, the Front Office Manager and Lin the Lady in red, went above and beyond to make our Honeymoon stay special. At the restaurant "Die Kueche" where we enjoyed a 5 course menu, Maximilliane was an absolute pleassure and gem for the restaurant. Thank you again for the memorable stay. Gabriel & Dijana
