The property was clean, reception friendly and speak English, the room was simple but comfortable, I felt very safe in the building as well late at night. There are many good restaurant near the dormitory.

Poor quality

Appalling accommodation. No lifts and spiral staircases; not good if you have luggage. Shower had no hot water one day. Hotel does not accept credit cards. Receptionist on check in was unwelcoming.

Staff were so helpful and kind. Gave us left over laundry pods to save us money we appreciated that so much. Good location as is right next to tram stop. Lovely garden. My only complaint is the lack of aircon - it was difficult to sleep in the depths of summer here.

It was just perfect for us to stay 2 nights in Vienna. It is very close to downtown and the price was just right. The staff is nice and helpful.

The room was nice. Rather big actually. Sink in bedroom which was handy. Very few toilets per floor. They were okay but not the cleanest in the world. The showers weren’t very private. Just a curtain separating you from everything else. Strange smell in there too.

Classic accomodation.

Great staff and location close to public transport. An easy tram ride to museum precinct, town centre and hauptbahnhof/central rail station. No lift unfortunately should you need one.

Staff was very helpful and gave lots of recommendations to first-time tourists even though service was a little slow. There’s no lift so if you have a heavy luggage like I did, good luck. Wifi doesn’t work in the room so you have to go to the corridor. Bed is really old and squeaks even if you make the slightest movement on it. Room is pretty old and has no fan nor air conditioning so it can get quite warm even with the windows opened. Shared shower doors can’t be locked. Only curtains in the shower and the shower space was very small. Common spaces were clean. Location is great as there’s a tram station just a minute away.

I had to go to the next floor to use the shower facilities; they’re shared but way ‘over-shared’ - there’s no privacy curtains or cubicles. All open. The bedrooms, are awful. Just awful; if I’m honest. I absolutely loved Vienna and definitely will return but it felt like a prison cell in this room. Never again

El dormitorio estaba a unos 30 escalones de la planta baja,donde estaban las duchas. En la explicacion de la scomodidades decia que estaban fuera del dormitorio ,pero no explicaban que estaban en el patio,fuera del edificio y a casi dos plantas por escalera del dormitorio. La limpieza del cuarto deplorable...en el angulo del escritorio con la repiza ,vive comodamente una arania en su tela y no era reciente. Tickets en el piso ,detras del escritorio,contra la pared. Esta bien para una noche....NO MAS.Es mas bien una pension estudiantil

Great city easy access friendly staff

I got a very warm welcome and each day this continued ,the guys manning the desk do a great job. It is a hostel situation in an old building but I enjoyed my stay and the room was enough for me.Everything is very close by. I would certainly stay here again.
