Waited 30 minutes for the host to meet us outside the apartment. Was then in a hurry and didn’t want to answer our questions. There were no wash cloths provided. When asked where they were we were told they don’t provide them. Living room windows were missing a handle so couldn’t be opened. This quickly became a problem because the radiator was on and couldn’t be adjusted to control the temperature. We opened the windows in the bedroom and ran the fan to cool the apartment. When asked if there was a thermostat we were told no and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Blinds were also broken in the living room. The elevator was also broken.

The apartment is comfortable and close to city center and concert halls. We had three of us in our party. There is a large bed and an air mattress or couch, not a double futon as stated in the description. It is ideal for two people, more if they don’t mind sleeping on the couch.

Disappointed. Had to move to a hotel.

Just terrible. No TV or DVD as advertised. No dryer just clothes rack. WiFi was not available, even though they changed the modem. Followed all the wifi instructions and it still didn’t work. The living room light fixture didn’t work when we arrived until an electrician came the next day. There is no air conditioning and the two fans provided rattled loudly. When we complained they said it would take several days to replace the fans. That’s odd. I reached out to the manager and owner regarding the issues (direct email) and after two exchanges they didn’t respond to any more communications. We had to move to a hotel after one night (we booked and paid for 4 nights) due to the issues. We asked for a partial refund and never got a reply. We are disappointed and angry at the lack of communication and responsibility.

Great location

The apartment is perfectly located for seeing the attractions of Vienna. They are either a few blocks away (Karlskirche and Opera) or on the nearby underground lines at Karlsplatz or a nearby tram on the Ring.. There are nearby restaurants and bars. The street is quiet after 2200. The apartment was clean and everything works but needs to be updated. The toilet is in a tiny room. The bath has no shower curtain.

Nice Apartment close to the Vienna Inner Ring

This apartment was a short walk to the Vienna Inner Ring. The tram and subway traversing the Inner Ring will take you to the museums, palaces and other places of interest. There is a supermarket and many restaurants within a short walk of the apartment. The apartment is not n the second floor and the building has a small elevator. My wife and I had a nice stay at the apartment. The apartment does not have A/C and it does have 2 fans.

Very spacious, central, quiet and comfortable

Unpromising from the outside but a haven inside. On a side street and exceptionally quiet. Very large rooms and high ceilings. Good wifi with a handy modem you can take out with you, although it did need rebooting fairly often. The bed was very comfortable. Baths worked better than showers as there was no shower screen or curtain around the bath. We were there during their coldest April day ever with snow and sleet and the apartment was warm and cosy.

Eine sehr charmante, hübsch eingerichtete Altbauwohnung in absoluter Top-Lage!! Unkomplizierte, nette Abwicklung, am Abreisetag wurden sogar noch unsere Koffer für uns gelagert, damit wir noch einmal in die Stadt gehen konnten! Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen!!

El apartamento es amplio, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Está perfectamente situado para visitar Viena. Eva es muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Un detalle importante es que tiene WIFI portátil por lo que tiene conexión a internet durante toda tu visita a Viena. Muy recomendable. Volveremos a repetir. JM
