I am from Chicago here in Vienna to visit friends for a week. This is a good hotel and 8.5/10 would recommend. Clean, friendly staff, appropriately priced, located near public transport relatively easy to reach from airport (take S7, then U3, and then Tram 52).

The entrance is beautiful and has a bar right in the front. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were spacious.

The staff was awesome, the breakfast was great. Our room... was hot... they couldn’t control the heat it was set wayyy to high for sleep. They suggested we open the window, the choice is either the trains outside one side of the hotel or the street noise on the other. I travel a lot, this was unreal for a 4 star hotel. I’d look into a different hotel.

Excellent !!! Everything and everyone was great! Although is not very central is an amazing option to stay in Vienna. The Front Desk agent was gorgeous his help made my day easier he did everything he could to check me in earlier. Thank you !!!! I will absolutely stay at Kavalier Vienna again !!!

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT......Hot breakfast available every morning which was fine, but it doesnt change from day to day.....very nice to be on a major tram route.... a really nice place to stay

Worst hotel experience I have had it’s never a 4 star hotel beds uncomfortable with one pillow no bottled water or tea and coffee facilities, shower was either freezing cold or scolding hot , only one person on reception and very slow and the man was not helpful in least , hotel out a bit and restaurant was never open, we arrived at hotel very early and got to put our bags in storage which was fine Came back at 1.45 to check in to be told can’t check in until 2 o clock incase a bus tour arrived and keeping available rooms for them so had to wait 15 mins to check in which made us feel 2nd class.
