Overall, very nice room, great location and friendly staff. The hotel is steps from the metro U3 (as long as you leave from the correct side of the station). My only concern was the cleanliness upon arrival. There seemed to be a lot of long black hairs over the bathroom floor and certain places in the room. It sorta creeped me out at first, so I used my travel Lysol wipes to clean the bathroom, then I felt better. Otherwise great hotel and will likely stay there again. I love the NH brand, so I’m not going to let this change my opinion, it was likely a isolated Occurrence. Would recommend this hotel.
I stayed in this hotel for one night and it was amazing. The staff at the reception is incredibly friendly and puts a lot of effort into making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The room itself was comfortable and quiet and had all the necessities you would expect, including bathrobes and slippers. The sauna and fitness room, while small, are very clean and cozy and work perfectly as a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. As the hotel is on one of the main shopping streets of the city, you can easily get to the other attractions by foot. If you're checking out on Sunday, there's also a "Lazy Sunday" option, where you can check out at a later time during the day, which is very convenient if you'd like to stay for a couple more hours. Just politely ask the reception staff and they'll be more than happy to accommodate you. Great hotel all in all!
The underground was right outside--ease of travel to all of Vienna. Staff was wonderful, room clean, and very comfortable! The room was large, with a loveseat and chair--plus a little terrace!
