Our 35 m² newly renovated, bright apartment, can accommodate up to 3 people Modern and equipped with lots of love, it is on the 3rd floor with elevator. The non-smoking apartment consists of: a living room with 1 double bed and 1 day bed (day bed can be used as a single bed) as well as a dining table, TV with free cable and wireless internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishes and cookware, while the bathroom also has a washing machine.
Living room: The living room / bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a bed if required. There is also a large dining table in the living room / bedroom as well as three chairs, a television and a luggage stand and a cloakroom.

Kitchen area: The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine. Complete cooking and crockery utensils. Coffee, tea and sugar are also provided free of charge.

Bathroom: In the bathroom there is a high-quality washstand, a shower, a Geberit toilet and a washing machine.

Extras: Including iron, ironing board, hairdryer, free internet and cable TV, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels.

Perfect location, highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights here, it was walkable location to everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay! The apartment was clean and accommodating, and it was great to have the kitchen set up so we could eat in on some nights. Lovely and quiet apartment block, the host was very quick to respond to any queries. Lots of little cafes and restaurants around, and many convenient shops. The metro was less than 10 mins walk away, with easy connections from the airport. Highly recommend!

Misleading Pictures Listed.

First the apartment was not clean, pillows like trash bags, towels and wash cloths were disgusting (we bought wash cloths for our stay), mold in shower stall, poor cutlery and dinner ware, my wife even scrub cleaned the range hood filter as it was ao filthy (pictures to prove). All written here was mentioned after our 7 day stay (keep in mind we made the best of this situation), the host replied that she would take our feedback into consideration but when we asked for a small reimbursement based on the misrepresented pics in the vrbo ad we were ignored. Things going sideways!

Starting a visit with”I charge extra for a late check in” (we intended to check in at 8pm!) After some discussion we agreed to 7:30pm and NO later, where upon we got to wait 20 min in front of the building! This was followed with a harried intro to keys, access, explanation of apartment...a rather poor welcome! )-: were: warm shower NOT hot; towels may have been white some time ago; towel rack not working; oven didn’t work; kitchen sink drain full of dirt; key plate of front door fell off; general appearance of apartment was not showing any pride of ownership but rather one of a “cash cow” that was minimally taken care of. Sorry to say NO the experience was not a happy one. We will not be back

Convenient. Quiet.

A convenient location near Pilgramgasse metro station and the 13A bus route, it was easy to get into the city centre and in the other direction, out to Schloss Schonbrunn, although if you like to walk, it is about a half-hour walk into town. A quiet residential area, it was perfect for us as we like to be very active with sight-seeing during the day, and appreciate a comfortable sleep at night. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and for other meals, should you want to cook for yourself. There are two grocery shops nearby, and if you like fresh produce, it is not far from the Naschmarkt. There are coffee shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. We dined around the corner at Zum Alten Fassl, enjoying seasonal local fare. The basics are covered at Margareten so you can enjoy all of the wonderful culture Vienna has to offer. Thank you Megan :)

Excellent stay with a warm welcome

This apartment is perfect for a peaceful stay in Vienna. Location is perfect with public transport close by and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Megan met us on arrival and explained everything perfectly. The apartment was exactly what was required, very clean with the kitchen equipped with all that you would need, a comfortable bed and a washing machine and iron. Vienna was a lovely city which my husband and I will definitely be returning to and we would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

Clean and convenient great value.

We were happy in our choice of apartment. The bed was comfortable, the wifi excellent and the separate kitchen worked well for us. The shower had lots of hot water and the washing machine was very useful. The lift was really appreciated. While not in the heart of the city, we were able to walk to all the major attractions such as the Hofburg, Belvedere, Opera etc and the main railway station is only 1.8kms away. We really appreciated the many supermarkets especially Hofer.

The apartment was hot, smelly, with a terrible bed and worse pillow. The bed smelled of sweat and urine. There is no air conditioning and the flimsy fan did not work. There are far better places to stay for the price.

Clean and Quiet

The apartment was quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and although we didn't do much cooking, there was an equipped kitchen and the grocery store was about 1 block away. It was about a 10 minute walk to the subway and not too many stops from the attractions we wanted to see. There was some local information at the place, but none of it was in English so it didn't help us much. It might be nice to include English information on restaurants and maybe a map or two. There was a washing machine but no laundry detergent, which is not something I normally travel with. Also, no soap or shower gel for the shower. Thank you, Megan, we had a wonderful time.

Great apartment and location!

Megan was very helpful and friendly! The apartment is in a very good location, only a 7-8 minute walk to the Pilgramgasse station for the U4 (I even did the walk both ways with all my luggage going from/to the airport). It was also easy to find everything I needed on my walk between the apartment and the station (grocery store, pastries, etc.). I also explored around the neighborhood and found some excellent dinner! Everything I needed was at the apartment, including an elevator (which is wonderful after a long day of sightseeing!). Its also very quiet at night. I would stay here again if I make it back to Vienna.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man erreicht tatsächlich in einer halben Stunde zu Fuss den Stephansdom. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Check inn haben super geklappt und in der Wohnung war auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Möblierung ist allerdings einfach gehalten und teilweise etwas abgenutzt aber für einen kurzen Städtetripp ausreichend.

Einfacher Check in, guter, freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Gute Verkehrsanbindung zum Bahnhof und für Ausflüge mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (wir waren per Bahn unterwegs). Die Wohnung ist okay, die Lage im Innenhof ist nicht störend, sie bietet abends Ruhe. Angenehm auch der kleine Fahrstuhl im Haus. Betten waren sehr gut, selbst das Zustellbett bietet erholsamen Schlaf nach einem langen Tag. In der Küche müssten Teelöffel ergänzt werden, die haben bestimmt Beine bekommen durch andere Mieter! Störend war, dass die Jalusien defekt sind und man nicht nach draußen sehen konnte.

Unser Aufenthalt war unkompliziert. Wir haben das Apartment mehr oder weniger nur zum schlafen genutzt. Gute Lage zwischen Hbf und Innenstadt. Das Personal war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Apartment war sauber, aber manche Möbel oder Gegenstände sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Alles in allem sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf alle Fälle wieder mieten. Kleine Kritik: Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz so einfach zu finden. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist etwas zu schön dargestellt und nicht ganz so modern wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zusammengestückelt. Die Fernbedienung für den TV Receiver geht nicht. Am Bodenrand der Dusche war Schimmel. Nachts waren die Mieter oberhalb zu hören. Und dann noch das positive: Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war einfach und sehr nett, bei Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Kaffee und Tee sowie Toilettenpapier und Reinigungsmittel sind vorhanden. Wie geschrieben, wir würden wieder kommen.

Laage super / Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Die Laage der Wohnung ist super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Hauptbahnhof und der ÖPNV sind einfach zu erreichen. Für kurze Aufenthalte durchaus geeignet. Die Sauberkeit war eher oberflächlich, wer mit Hausstaub Probleme hat, sollte diese Wohnung meiden. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Mit etwas Farbe, Schönheitsreparaturen und einer Grundreinigung wäre es okay.

Ruhig und zentral

Nah an der Straßenbahnlinie 1 (Laurenzplatu) erreicht man schnell die Oper / Karlsplatz. Kein Straßenlärm, da im Hinterhof gelegen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
