Our stay was decent. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The ambiance of the hotel is nice, and we appreciated the effort put into its design. However, the rooms were a bit small for our liking. We also felt that the hotel was understaffed, which sometimes led to delays in service. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel in a good location and don't mind compromising on room size and facilities,Mooons might be a good option. But if you prioritise spacious rooms and top-notch amenities, you might want to consider other options.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had our room cleaned and we did not get the sheet that had a large spill changed (clearly seen), no new towels and the bathroom sink did not drain. The biggest issue was the A/C. It would only go to 19C. Being a middle aged woman, it was not cool enough especially with outside temps of 90.

The location is perfect. It is right across the street from many trams, the train that goes to the airport, and other trains that go through the city. You can get to any place you want in Vienna in about 10-15 minutes or less. You can also easily walk to several palaces and parks. The breakfast included an assortment of juices, breads, eggs, potatoes, jams, an expresso machine etc. The unique moon shaped windows are really cool as well. We stayed there for a few days at the beginning of our European trip and came back to stay at the end as well. We would come back again.
