    Place looked like an abandoned building , this was not a hotel it is hostel , it says or at least pictured with a private bathroom and it was not , this was a shared bathroom and kitchen with at least another 4 rooms , it was dirty , unsafe , weird people inside and outside the building , a trash container just right in front of the main entrance with people searching in it for sonething a guy was urinating just aside the container , this was a complete fraud , i purchase the cancellation insurance (dont even bother waste your money) it was expired as soon we get to this so called hotel and it didnt especify that is only for US citicens , hotels.com should not be promoting this lind of fraud “deals” it really make you think twice you use this plattform to get your dream vacations into a worst nightmare vacations for sure , and no , no refund was given !!! Dont go to this hostel unless you want to risk your money , healt and safenes !!

    Nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et 2 ados, chambre pour 4 donc avec un grand lit et 2 banquettes. Pas de draps housse Ă  mettre sur les banquettes qui ont zĂ©ro confort, mal de dos assurĂ© le matin, si on arrive Ă  dormir... Le linge de lit est tout chiffonnĂ© Ă  croire quils n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© lavĂ©s et que dautres ont dormi dedans dĂ©jĂ . Les banquettes ont des tĂąches de gras comme les tables d’ailleurs. CĂŽtĂ© cuisine, il faut relaver la vaisselle avant de l'utiliser, les poĂȘles ont un fond de jus gras et les assiettes collent entre elles car elles sont sales. Pas de produit vaisselle. Plusieurs chambres de 2 Ă  4 personnes mais juste 3 fourchettes, 4 couteaux et une cuillere Ă  se partager, pas de verre, que des tasses. Pas de plinthes sous les meubles de cuisine et des restes de nourritures visibles. Nous sommes restĂ©s 3 nuits et plus de papier toilette la derniĂšre nuit... Aucune communication sauf pour demander toutes les cartes d'identitĂ©, enfants compris. Pourtant votre concept pourrait ĂȘtre au top ! La salle de bains, la cuisine, les toilettes, tout a du volume et du potentiel, on voit que c'est neuf. Peut ĂȘtre pas fini? L'idĂ©al serait que quelquun vienne vĂ©rifier l'hygiĂšne et faire le tour. Et j'aurais aimĂ© savoir d'avance que seule la chambre Ă©tait pour nous seuls, et le reste en commun: cuisine, salle de bain, toilettes... les photos sont trompeuses. J'ai beaucoup aimĂ© mon sĂ©jour Ă  Vienne pour tout ce qu'on a dĂ©couvert mais les nuits ont Ă©tĂ© difficiles dans cet Ă©tablissement.

    Die Beschreibung ungenau. Erst konnte man das Zimmer nicht aufmachen. Dann ging der SchlĂŒssel kaputt. Mir wurde anderes Zimmer angeboten, was ich dann auch annahm. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es waren Haare auf dem Bett. Das Fenster geht nicht komplett auf. Man hört alles, was drum herum passiert. Die Nachbarn halten nichts von der Nachtruhe. Na ja, auch wenn es billig ist habe ich ein bisschen mehr QualitĂ€t erwartet
