We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt modern and new. The entire property is very clean and located in an excellent area, just a short walk from Mariahilfer Street and with easy access to public transportation in every direction. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a very friendly Hebrew-speaking staff member at the reception, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Check in was friendly and welcoming, but not a good selection of records. Very clean room, but the bathroom is a see through glass stall in the middle of the room. It worked fine but water got everywhere. The bed was a nightmare. Literally hard as a rock. Great location, right in the middle of everything.

Room was large and clean, bed very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast but we enjoyed the rooftop bar several times. We were on the first floor and the noise from the groundfloor bar was really loud on the Saturday evening. Didn't affect us and wouldn't stop us from staying again, but can imagine it would be annoying if you had kids or an early start (maybe request a higher floor). Location was great for our visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent two-night stay at Jaz in the City Vienna. The hotel promptly responded to our questions sent before our arrival. We were pleased to be able to check into our room early and appreciated the warm welcome and efficient check in. Our room was perfectly clean and well appointed. Happily, the bed was very comfortable, too. The hotel is very close to a metro station and within easy walking distance to shopping and museums. We were very impressed by the selection and quality of the food available at the buffet breakfast, including made to order eggs. We would happily return to Jaz in the City Vienna.
