The hotel reception and lobby bar areas, along with the Bar Staff were excellent, but as far as the room goes and other parts of the hotel, it was very run down and not well maintained, with dirty curtains, old slightly sunken beds, insufficient pillow, more loke bags of air, until I insisted that they change the pillows.... Bathroom, extremely small. with no ventilation and very humid.... I feel that for the price we paid, it was not 5 star stautus as we normally expect a Hotel Intercontinental would be.... Definitely needs room refurbishment, judging on the room we were given...

location is quite convenient, can east walk to anyway in the city

The room and hallways are to be renovated. the carpets are dirty and old.

This is a very nice hotel. It is pretty close to the city center. There is a concert hall across the street and the train station is directly across the street. There are a few restaurants that are right down the street. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Good location. Walking distance to main attraction.

right across stadtpark station, minutes away to most locations one would visit. Rooms clean and functional. Would stay again

Very professional staff and service. We arrived overloaded with luggage (we had been on a 3 week trip), but the bellmen quickly lightened our load, especially Ahmed, who was both charming and informative. It was our first trip to Vienna and we will be sure to book the Intercontinental when we get there again. Location was right across from the park and the metro.

VERY PLEASANT STAFF. EXCEEDINGLY FRIENDLY BAR STAFF. THE HOUSEKEEPING PEOPLE WERE ALSO EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. THE HOTEL IS WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALKING DISTANCE OF SEVERAL ATTRACTIONS, AND THE TRAIN STATION IS LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET. OVERALL AN EXCELLENT STAY AND EXPERIENCE.

The hotel was nice, nothing extraordinary. Beds were quite comfortable. The bar and the breakfast prices were steep. We paid 29 Euros each for a breakfast buffet, so if you can get breakfast included. Also they charge 15 Euros per day for Internet access, which, by the way did not work despite their three tries to get it connected in our room. Go to any McDonalds or Starbucks for free Internet access. At this point, every hotel should have free Internet. I would not stay here again considering the prices of food, drink, and Internet, especially considering there are so many hotels to choose from.

Amazing hotel in the center of vIenna with a great view of the Stadtpark and just a 10 minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes and the shopping district. The staff is always trying to help you with anything that you need. The recomendations of the concierge always right and accurate. An excellent hotel with a beutiful lobby and an amazing bar with a beutiful chandelier.
